The paint associates assisted me in choosing the best paint for my home project. They were knowledgeable and so helpful not only for the right paint but the right painting accessories.

Staff was friendly and helpful. You actually had the product I needed (grub killer) in stock, which Menards did not. Thanks.

I don't usually shop at this HD location, but I was looking for some clearance garden items, and my regular location didn't have what I wanted. I arrive at the store shortly after opening, so the store wasn't very busy. Having worked in retail for over 20 years, sometimes customer service suffers right after opening or just before closing. Not the case at this location. I was immediately greeted in the garden center. The associate was friendly and confident answering all my questions. When I was ready to check out, an associate behind the return counter was not with a customer, and asked if I was ready to check out. This was very nice because the registers are on the complete other side of this store. I was also parked right outside this entrance, so I didn't have to walk all the way around to get out of the store. While I will continue to shop at my local location, the Geneva store is highly recommended!

Employees were very friendly and helpful! The contractor desk answered all my questions and helped me find the items I was looking for.

Freshly Paved parking lat was a nice thing to see. Glad to see that they are maintaining the customer areas.

I saw an item in a magazine that I wanted. The website said it was available at Home Depot. I could not find the item in the store. I asked an associate who was extremely helpful but could not locate the item either. He looked online st the store website. We found out that the item I wanted was only available online, not in the store. The only negative with this is the cost of shipping.

The first associate directed me to "hardware" when I asked her where I could find WD40. Hardware is four aisles and I ended up wandering around and asking someone else who took me straight to the WD40.

We really appreciateed all of Mark's help! He walked us through the entire process from start to finish.

Menards is closer to me... I have to drive by it to go here ansd I never am dissapointed once Im actually in the store, the staff being accecable and the prices cant even begin to compare thank you

got tremendous help from a dude with a pony tail in the electrical department....he spent fifteen minutes with me explaining the different ways i could install a gfi recep outside.

From the minute I walked in, I was greeted by staff and directed where to find my items. Someone immediately came over to help with my items and someone else was right there to help load my car. The service could not have been better!

We love the Behr paint and primer in one. We bought 3 gallons for our living room and started painting...we didn't like the color we chose so we brought the other gallons back. Mike, one of the managers, allowed us to exchange them for a new color that we love! Great service and we will always buy our paint from Home Depot.

The store was clean and organized. I easily found what I needed with the help of the friendly associates.

I went there for paint and they have a great selection of color swatches and i got all the help i needed and the perfect paint. My daughters room looks great.

Very friendly store employee to assist me in finding some hardware/accesories for a kitchen drawer. sometimes it is hard to find an employee to ask, but when you find one, they are usually very helpful. I like Home Depot much better than Menards, and Lowes is too far away.

I was extremely pleased with the service I received from every employee of the Geneva, IL Home Depot. They approached me to see if I needed help and they shared their knowledge of the products I had interest in. The store Manager, Chris, was so respectful, polite and helpful with the issue I had and he resolved it to my satisfaction. Even though we live about 25 miles from Home Depot, we will certainly be using this store for our future needs.

Employees Mikey and Peggy, in the Garden Center Section, were especially quick, courteous, and helpful in loading my purchase of pea pebbles on to my pick-up.

The Paint Area had everything I needed and the sales associate was great!

With self serve it is easy to get in and out of store.

Home Depot associates are very helpful. They always know where to find items in the store.

The store and the checkout process was fine. Once I had the attention of the customer service rep she was very effecient and friendly. The associates should not talk to each other with their backs to the counter so they know when someone is there.
