Love the people here. Forklift operators are great, friendly, skilled if available...the bad thing is if you expect forklift help be prepaired to wait for them to prioritize loading their inhouse Cardinal delivery trucks for before accomadating waiting customers. unprofessional to make customers wait during business hours for inhouse tasks to be completed. I am told this is manager policy. Don't send an employee who you will need to pay to wait.

Really needed help finding a specific Maytag dryer to replace in my sister's home. Brian worked diligently with patience to find one in stock that was similar to the features I was looking for.

I won't give her name but the lady in paint that waited on me has a know-it-all attitude but is lacking in customer satisfaction qualities.

Doc from the paint department was like having the real life guy from the YouTube channel The Paint People help me in person. I'm going to let him pick my shade for me.

The bolts I needed were mixed in different places. 1 of the bolts was used, had wood in threads and head was starting to strip. Cashier could not count and over charged me. She could not correct the problem so I had to go to customer service. No apology, more worried about gabbing with coworkers at the customer service area. A simple 10 minute shopping experience turned in to an hour and 15 minutes. So frustrating.

Went to home depot for a Makita cordless string trimmer and to ask some questions about my mom's dead gas dryer. I found my trimmer and then went to appliances to ask about dryers. I found an associate named Tammy and she offered to help me as much as she could. We discussed the age of my mom's dryer as well as its problem and she brought up that there was a dryer not on the floor yet that was returned and she thought it was gas powered. She managed to get a price and it was affordable enough to buy a new one than to have the old one fixed. Without Tammy and her desire to solve my problem, my mom would still be sitting with a dead dryer. Tammy made it all possible and all with a smile and good humor! That is hard to find in today's world!

I have been shopping at Home Depot many times and always found in a very pleasant experience. This past experience on Wednesday, July 14 I had the pleasure of running into an employee named Patricia totally went above and beyond any expectations any person can have while they’re shopping. She was patient and kind and took the time to help me find each and every item that I could not locate on my list, there was even one item that she wasn’t sure so she found another team member to assist me. This young lady is exactly what great customer service is all about , if she’s not already a team trainer she should be. Thank you

Clean, bright and organized well. Always have someone around to help answer questions or find an item. Knowledgeable staff about their products and solutions to work projects.

Sales Associate Will was brilliant - assisted us in fixing an order problem. Went above and beyond. Employees are consistently helpful and courteous. Clean store, busy based on location but doesn't impact service.

The original refrigerator in the condo unit we purchased a few years ago needed replacing, and after some research (incl. Consumer Reports, etc.), we were quite clear about the features we did and didn't want. At our nearby Home Depot, Tom and Brian were both very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly and we were pleased with our selection. The store is always clean, and on this occasion, there was virtually no wait to receive help. We would be inclined to shop for such major appliances there again.
