had fun shopping at The Home Depot, always have what im looking for, and tons more !

i purchased 4 shelves at $45 each. total was $193.37 with tax. 2 days after my purchase, i saw the same shelves at a competitor down the street, $35 each. would have saved me $43 total with tax, if i would have looked at the competitors advertisements BEFORE buying my shelves. or could have had one more shelf in the garage.

i went to home depot to get a few shelves. i was working on cleaning up and organizing my garage. in addition to buying 4 shelves, i wound up going back and purhasing 24 storage bins. the garage looks AMAZING thank you Home Depot for your product placement by the front of the store.

What we expected to be a difficult matter was made easy by sales assoc. Tom.

I'm a teacher and heard about a great idea on Pinterest that Home Depot will cut composition notebooks in half for free! Saves money and space! All other Home Depots I went to didn't think they could do it, but Geneva's Home Depot was very helpful! Thanks to Brian in lumber for your help!

Michele was so helpful and friendly. She helped me get everything I needed for my project so I didn't have to come back later for something I forgot. Great customer service.

The staff was very friendly and knowledgable about what I needed to purchase for my project.

Karen was my saleswoman. I told her what I was interested in and we narrowed it down to two sets of washers/dryers. After my long debate and phone calls to my husband about which set to purchase, Karen was more than patient and took the time to explain some "dos and don'ts" that I would not have known. The actual purchase got a little hairy, but that was solely due to computer glitches. She was going to ensure that I was leaving there with whatever rebate was due to me. Thanks, Karen! My only complaint would be in the delivery department and that you do not have a choice of a.m. or p.m. for delivery options. It is just the luck of the draw and you find out the night before.

The Home Depot was very clean, well lit, great staff and great prices today!

I have purchased many tools and materials for home building and repair, all to my satisfaction. The sales associates have always been very helpful.

We were very happy with our experience at Home Depot in Geneva, IL. Our sales associate was very helpful, and we found beautiful porcelain tile at a great price!

Not only was this Home Depot very friendly and kind and attentive to my needs, the people who worked there were flourishing with bright colours. They made me feel at home and I felt happy in that environment. The cashier was more than happy to help me out. The prices were great, and I give this Home Depot a 10/10 'Swag' Factor.

I visited the Millworks dept in June requesting help with a vertical blind project which turned out to be quite involved pertaining to the borken headrail. The associate "Brian" went above & beyond my expectation with his excellent customer service and follow-up skills. He is a true asset to the Geneva store!
