Great store, great staff, good inventory, lumber stock is nice, straight and bad pieces removed routinely so stock stays current

Great location for Maryland shoppers as well as Delaware no tax customers. Large store, big selection of items. Employees very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable of the store department items. Fast check out, cashier or self check out.

If you need a GREAT place to shop with knowledgeable employees look no further. They have helped us with many projects for our home.

I felt very welcomed and comfortable shopping at Glasgow Home Depot today. All the workers were very very friendly and willing to help no matter what department I was in ,,was a great shopping experience ,,,, I will make this my go to store for all my gardening ,,,tool and construction needs !!!! Thank -you soooo very much to all the employees at Glasgow Home Depot !!!!!

The young man (Stan) was very helpful in the lumber department. Helped me select the pieces for my project and then helped load after I finished shopping and checkout.

The customer service representatives and Veronica, from the flooring department, were extremely helpful and very friendly throughout my visit. I shop here often, and I have not ever had a bad experience.

WE FIND THIS HOME DEPOT STAFF EXTREMELY HELPFUL. THE WOMAN IN LIGHTING WAS VERY HELPFUL WITH OUR SELECTION OF LIGHT BULBS FOR MY LEGALLY BLIND FATHER'S ROOM. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK.

We purchased a riding mower in this store. It turned into a two day process with purchase and pickup. What a great group of employees! Everyone was interested in helping us. Nothing was too much trouble. Everyone was kind and professional and worked with concern about helping us. We live more than 20 miles from this store, and we are pleased with our local stores, but this store truly excelled at handling customers. The management of this store just knows how to bring great people into their employee! Kudos to everyone!

Very bad experience. hour before closing, not many customers, plenty of workers. Wanted to buy the Ryobi cordless mower, online showing 9 in stock. Once inside, only display there. 2 calls from customer service and twenty minutes later, nobody there. Customer service girl comes out, does some checking, spare mowers aren't where they are supposed to be. Finally another worker shows up. Another 10 minutes of conferring. They don't know where to look! Finally a third worker says he thinks he saw it in Windows, where it was. Great! But no, they have to get a crane. They don't want to bother 2 other workers who are moving some items (though nothing was on the crane at the time) that were just a few feet away from these shelved mowers. Guess they figured moving comes before customer service, that the customer can wait - heck, he' already been there for close to half an hour anyway, right? Some they go somewhere toward a far corner of the store to get this 3 mile an hour crane. I go to the front, another 15 minute wait, they bring it all the way to the lawn/garden area - and both disappear again. I'm fighting with the shrink wrap, asking yet another rep if he's got a box cutter, he says no and walks on, no offer of assistance. Finally, another 7 or eight minutes go by, one of the original guys with the crane comes back with the cutter, frees the mower, and no offer of assistance with this 50 + pound mower. Guess he had to help close the store up. Other issues, but this was enough to explain - don't expect a customer first attitude in this place. But after close to an hour, got my mower, right? Isn't that the important thing?

Friendly People who will go out of their way to assist in any way they can, they NEVER point you to any direction, or isle, they take the time to walk you there!

The staff are very friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. If they do not know the answers, they will find someone who will.

My experience started out very badly. The store changed delivery dates without informing me and then delivered the wrong item. I was thinking it was time to make Lowes my #1 stop in the future. Janice and Sherine in customer service were extremely professional, understanding and helpful. They quickly gave me a couple of options and we were able to come to a resolution quickly. In the end they converted me back to making home Home Depot my first stop.

I have always liked shopping at the Glasgow Home Depot. Great bunch of people. Always received help from them. Recently Rodney assisted me with the purchase of a Craftsman door. He was so helpful. Really took the anxiety away. Love to shop at Home Depot.

The employee (Stu my first visit and Diana on my second visit) went above and beyond in helping me decide how to seal and stain my deck. I am very happy with the finished project and hope it lasts the length of time predicted on the container.

I really love this store. You always have plenty of employees around that are very willing to help you find what you are looking for and to answer any questions that you may have about anything.

I went in this store looking for paint and supplies. I walked up to a employee and said to her hows it going and her reply was i'm having a fantastic day and can I help you find something an she did just that.
