The employee that helped me was the older gentleman. I wish I got his name because he was so nice and informative and walked me to all the sections I needed made shopping really easy. This is very rare for Home Depot these days.

I had an issue with delivery that the store manager could have blamed on me, but instead Toryn immediately prioritized a resolution, and Lori worked with him to help speed up his assistance. These two made a great impression on me, and made my day so much better by going beyond my expectations to assist me.

Mike in the apliance dept. Was great. Patient and not pushy. Great friendly guy. Explained the promotions to me. I felt very satisfied.

I always have such great experiences with customer service at this location.

The employees were eager to help and make sure I was taken care of. The team at this location definitely exceeded expectations when it comes to customer service. The experience was quick and easy. I came in for a ton of items and I was able to get in and out efficiently. If you’re in the area and need supplies, I highly recommend this location.

I was looking for a small size refrigerator and found one exactly like I was looking

Went into store for a ceiling fan and had 2 employees, Jose and Henry, help me. They went above and beyond to help and this was so nice as in the past Customer service lacked in all Home Depot stores. I hope this will be the ""norm" going forward! Also, the check out guy, Bradley, was very nice and helpful as well.

The staff at this Homedepot are always helpful and greet you when coming and leaving!

This would be my home store as I live very close by. The store is always very clean and well organized. I can always find what I need and there are great displays of items I find interesting and tools I want to buy. The staff has been great all the years I have been coming here and it is for sure my first stop when I have a repair or project I am working on.

Tool I needed was out of stock at 4 stores both here in valley and up in Prescott. Even though they said in stock. Sales cashier Krystal called around but same thing out of stock. So I ended up buying a more expensive model, had no choice. But while I'm happy with the purchase had to pay more, but she did give me a discount. So all In all was disappointed but she made me a return customer.

Matthew in the garden center was very friendly and helpful.

Kim at the ProDesk was absolutely amazing. She was incredibly helpful and supportive of getting me what I needed. She was able to sign me up for the pro as well as a credit card and I purchased a $3000 flooring remodeling project with many more purchases to come. thank you Kim for your assistance 100% wonderful employee.

The sales associate are always very nice and professional

It was easy to find what we were looking for. Especially in the garden dept. Sarah was extremely helpful. She went out of her way to help us.

Everybody there was helpful and also anxious to help out.

Anne was helpful and VERY efficient in getting us what we needed when we needed it. She needs a raise!

I've never had any bad services at this location. Whenever I come into The Home Depot, I ask an employee to help me find whatever it is I need to find during that visit. Sometimes it's yard work supplies, sometimes it's drain cleaner, sometimes bird seed or even a potted cactus. Their inventory is awesome. Anytime I come in, I ask an employee and they are always friendly here, ready and willing to assist. They take me to where the product is in the store so I don't even need to search for it. Customer service at this location is above and beyond, so whenever I make a trip to Home Depot, I come to this one.

I have tried other stores and they do not have the knowledge or experience to be helpful with questions. Home Depot seems to always have somone that can answer my questions.

Bradly saw I was in an electric cart and stepped up to help me out with the checkout process. All the staff are so helpful finding what I needed. It's always a pleasure to shop here

Bought multiple doors and windows from that store including 2 windows today, also I’m a general contractor, everything I’ve ordered has been accurate, never had any problems. It’s easy to find other materials and merchandise I need in all departments including rental.

Only 2 registers take cash I am directed to 1 of the 2 after telling them I'm paying cash and once I ring up my items and try to pay there is no prompt for cash I am something to the lady that told me to go there and she tells me " o ya that one is not taking cash I would have to open it to find out what is wrong you will have to wait for the other one" then went back to playing on her phone and no not the stores handheld definitely her phone. I have to work but I guess at homedepot you just have to be there and do nothing. Extremely aggravating

They are awesome and place is pro and clean the customers service are professional, I like this spot.👍

If you’re black you won’t get help at this location

When purchasing my new kitchen appliances, I had the opportunity to deal with multiple employees in that department including Mike and Wayne and Anne. All of them were very nice and helpful. Anne dealt with the majority of my transactions. Because I changed my order twice there was quite a bit to my transactions and Anne was very nice and helpful in dealing with the changes. Also, Chris the cashier up front had to deal with the voids and the new orders and did so with patience and professionalism. This was a good experience and I truly appreciate how it was handled. I received my new kitchen appliances, and I am happy with my purchases and the purchase experience. A big thank you to Anne and Chris.

Store is always very clean and well stocked! Though I have to brag about Nick in D23. Nick is truly one of best!

I WAS ABLE TO COME IN LATER IN THE EVENING AND EVERYONE WAS VERY HELPFUL AND COURTEOUS. ESPECIALLY IN THE LAWN & GARDEN DEPARTMENT WHERE I WAS HELPED BY JERRY. JERRY WAS INCREDIBLE! HE WAS VERY GRACIOUS AND HELPFUL. HE LOADED MY PURCHASES, WHICH WERE VERY HEAVY, ONTO THE CART AND EVEN WENT OUT TO MY CAR AND LOADED EVERYTHING INTO MY CAR. WHEN I TRIED TO HELP, HE WOULDN'T LET ME. JERRY SAID HE LOVED HELPING PEOPLE AND ESPECIALLY CUSTOMERS. WHAT AN AWESOME EMPLOYEE!
