Lighten the load with outdoor power equipment rentals. Neaten the yard with a lawn mower and the driveway and sidewalks with a pressure washer rental. Your outdoor oasis will be looking fresh in no time.

Rent Concrete Mixers to Finish That Project
Stabilize your outdoor jobs with a concrete mixer rental. Bigger projects need larger mixers. You can even rent a mixer that can be towed behind your truck. We've also got concrete saw rentals and concrete grinders in several sizes to reshape existing cement and concrete projects.

Truck Rental
If you're renting a large tool but don't have room in your vehicle, let us help with that, too. Check out our cargo vans or Load 'N Go rentals and rent a truck. Don't worry about taking up space in the driveway with an old pickup for times you need to move something. How do I rent tools and trucks?

Stop by the Rental Center at your nearest Home Depot to see which trucks or tools you can rent. If you want confirmation before you drive there, call first to inquire about a truck or tool. You can also visit our truck rental or tool rental pages to see if what you need is at your local store. For more info on renting tools, read these Tool Rental FAQs, which includes equipment terms and conditions.

How long can I rent tools?

Tool rentals start at four hour time slots. Simply choose the length of time that suits you. Small DIY projects may only require a rental that's a few hours long, and major projects aren't a problem either. You've got options to rent tools by the month, week, or day, too. If you need it longer than what you signed up for, call the Rental Center to arrange an extension and avoid late fees.

When can I bring the tools back?

You can return the tools early if you complete your project ahead of schedule, but on-time works, too. As long as you return it by the deadline you were given when you rented it, you'll be good to go. Please clean off any grime and dust from the tool as well. If you need them longer, call your local rental center to see if you can extend your rental period.

Can I rent a truck for a week?

Rent a pickup truck, van, or flatbed truck for as long as you need it. For short trips, 75 minutes may be plenty. Otherwise, consider renting it by the day or the week, depending on how long your project is. Be sure to factor in the drive between the store and the job site, as you'll need to bring it back to the same store where you rented it. Penske moving truck rentals allow round-trip options as well as one-way options, and they have different terms. Make sure to read the documentation before selecting a vehicle.

Do I need to refill the rental truck with gas?

Yes, please fill up the truck before you bring it back. Note the amount of gas in the tank when you receive the truck, and be sure to fill it with enough gas to match that level. If you don't, you'll be hit with a penalty known as the fuel replacement charge.

Can I rent a truck with only a driver's license?

No, you also need to be 21 or older, in addition to holding a valid driver's license. Depending on your state, you may require car insurance, as well as a deposit or credit card hold, too. Please bring your credit card for Home Depot truck rentals, as we don't accept cash. Penske moving truck rentals have different requirements.
