This is an awesome location

Home Depot is our "Mall", for my wife and I.

If you are lucky enough to be in this store, look for Madeline. She's a great customer service representative that goes above and beyond just telling you where things are. Seriously!! Don't believe me? Go see for yourself!

This store is close to my house, I like the cleanest and workers are very professionals and courteous. I always fid some good sales and they have a good quality product that offers.

My husband and I are first time home buyers and needed advice on our lawn we went in not knowing where to start or what to buy. In the Lawn and Garden area we ran into a representative named Brandon, not only is he knowledgeable in his department, he was also very patient and willing to help. Brandon spent about 30 minutes with us showing us what to buy and giving us advice. Now I know that not everyone who works at home depot will be experienced but that fact that he was willing to help and give advice as to what he has heard works was good enough. My husband and I took his advice and bought what he recommended. We have been to Home Depot several times and have never received such great customer service as we did with Brandon. We will be back to see him!

Victoria in the flooring department was super helpful as I began my shopping for my project. And through the measure and completion of this project.

Nice store neat and clean. Has a great crew, this is one of the stores that you go to and get good help when needed, everyone is helpful and happy. Good job management

Went to store had to find employee to help. She was a Manager with new person named Juan, who was awesome. I asked for an item Mngr states we don't have one. Asked do you know if the other Grand Prairie store has one sts don't know don't know where it is. Brand new employee Juan stated we have an App. As he was looking up the item he found the item I needed on their shelf. Maybe their manager needed training from Juan who was new. I hope he is there the next time I go.. it was great to have someone who cares. Juan went the extra mile. Kudos to JUAN!!!

I went to the store by myself early in the morning just browsing the after Christmas sales. I found something I was interested in but didn't buy it. Later on, I decided that it was what I wanted and was closer to another HD so I went there only to find they were out of what I was looking for. Being several hours after my first trip into this location I went back expecting not to find what I was looking for, but surprisingly they had one left!!! Yay. So I got in the self checkout line to purchase (a rather large box) and a while waiting another employee jumped in to say I can get you on the register over here. So helpful, it made my day so much better.

This has been by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced at a retail store, not too mention a Home Depot store. I would never, ever recommend this store to anyone. The system obligated me to put in an overall rating of which I did not want to give, it does not even deserve a one star for poor. It is below poor .

Store was clean but don't waste your time talking to the pro desk unless you are doing a phone sale. They don't want to help you. And will tell you as such. Very sad

This store generally has the products I'm looking for as well as knowledgeable and helpful associates for locating what I need. This has become my HD location!

I love this location, such quick and great service

I have been shopping in this location for many years, yet busy, but one of the cleanest and organized store, staff is always there to assist. I have never had an issue finding someone to assist me to locate a product and many time they were thrilled to explain the product and ideas on getting the project done.

The store needs more competent staff. You have to search for staff who are able to cut wood or cut keys or help you with simple tasks.

The store was clean and staff was friendly. it was easy finding what i needed.
