Went to store for specific item had picture from facebook of halloween decor I wanted, they were placing items on shelf, could visually see on shelf, showed photo, was told by the stocker behind orange fence he could not get it, but customer service could, so i went there and explained all over, they told ke shouldnt be an issue to just go get it, then after call to the manager was told id have to do a will call and cone back 1.5 hour to pick up, after i paid for the item to get held for me! I had a 30 minutes drive.. totally aggravated

I bought a shelf unit and found a great selection of shelves of different sizes and grades.

Mary in Pro shop installation service and special orders is a very rude individual and needs to go through retraining in customer service, worse experience of my life I’ll never use their installation services again it’s been a nightmare. What I got was a partially ripped out kitchen floor I’ve been dealing with for weeks now, because the installation had to be delayed because of damaged flooring and transitions delivered the first time and then reordered and damaged again because I asked them to check them before they sent them to my house. And then I have to deal with a rude person on the phone (Mary) and then at the store I’m the customer who paid for a complete project ahead of time who got treated like it was our fault it happened and not the vendors and not the stores. It was ridiculous the way we were treated, thank god for the other employees and assistant manager from the last two days because Mary from pro-shop installation and special orders didn’t do anything to help us. The asst manager took care of us and we got a full refund doesn’t change the fact that woman (Mary) needs retraining in how to deal with customers because in her eyes the customers DO NOT come first.

It's just too much to write. N-E-V-E-R buy an appliance from Home Depot & A-L-W-A-Y-S be ready to be treated poorly if you need a supervisor to accommodate errors/omissions in Home Depots. They'll "greet" you with discontent ready to defend without a single question as to why youre looking to have a supervisor review.

The 4 employees were Super helpful. Could not ask for more. SUE & KATHERINE were extremely wonderful They knew exactly what I needed and it was ordered on line!!!

We purchased counter tops from you store using Cindy Hammer and she made us feel so good. She made us feel like she was there to help us and she did a very good job, very patient with me. We did purchased countertops with her and I just want you to know I would do it again and again. She is that helpful. Thank you Cindy for making us feel so welcome

Went in to buy insulation board and I drive a Jeep so it need to be cut in half atleast. I went to THREE people in lumber and asked if they would cut it down for me they all told me no they didn't do that. You will cut lumber down and blinds but you won't cut foam insulation board down...SERIOUSLY....Manger/General Manager has changed or something. 2 years ago I wouldn't go anywhere else...I would have no less than 3 people ask me if I needed help. This time I had to hunt people down. I drove back to Rushville where I live and went to the local hardware and they were more than happy to cut it down for me so it would fit in my Jeep.

I honestly think the prices at my Greenfield, In stores are to high for the quality of the products. All the employees are good for the most part. Example: I had 2 house keys made and cost me over $10. WOW! For keys. That is 1 example of many. I would shop elsewhere, but with gas prices and my time, it doesn’t make sense.

Appreciate your staff and the kindness they show especially the young man who served me and my wife.

A great price on a nice grill, but whomever assembles the grills needs to work on their quality control. One grill had a damaged handle and the one we ended up with was assembled incorrectly, but we were able to fix it at home.

I shop at all Home Depots in town; Greenfield is my favorite and close to home.

After a bit of misinformation I was able to get what I was looking for just in different quantity than I went in for. (I bought 2 individual filters instead of a pack of 2 that would have been a little cheaper). Employees tried to help me and were friendly and professional. I usually have good success finding help and. what I am looking for at this store.

Great employee with knowledge and experience with a great attitude!

My husband and I live in Indianapolis, but we drive to Greenfield, every time we wanna go to Home Depot because it is the best one around people care about you the fact that you’re there they ask you if you need help they’re willing to help without an attitude, it’s some it’s just a better atmosphere all the way around.

Everything I purchased was where I expected it to be. I was loading items in my cart and an employee offered to help, I thanked her but declined her help. I told her I had to man handle it when I got home....I might as well man handle it here. I bought potting soil, peat moss and cow manure. It is how I mix my soil for my outdoor plants.

I shop at store when I need products that are related to the type of store. This trip saw very few employees. Paid at self help location.

They had plenty of mulch in stock and I always choose the Scot black mulch. If they didn't carry it I would go elsewhere to purchase.

Home Depot has great appliance packages and great prices to match. Galen Nelson was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with my purchase of a 4 piece appliance package

I purchased blinds. I believe I can be happy with them if the valance matches in color and proper size. It has been 5 months. I have been speaking with the sales rep on a regular basis. She is tryjing (I think). I just want the issue solved and don’t know where to turn. I have kept notes of every conversation.

Your associate Sammy rhee was a joy to work with. He made our shopping experience easy and enjoyable.

Every thing they said they would do they did and every one i spoke with were knowledgeable and helped me understand exactly what I needed to complete my job.
