Greensburg, IN does not have a store similar to Home Depot and it would be nice if one would come to our town. I'm sure it would get a lot of business........just something to consider.

I made three seperate attempts to purchase one 4x4x10 piece of wood that I needed cut into 4 equal lengths of 29 1/4 inches to help build a disabled family member a ramp with some railing so that her home was accessible to her physical disability and was lied to three seperate times. At first, the saws were broken and they could not cut the lumber. The second trip they had the lumber I needed but would not cut due to COVID-19 because cutting lumber quote "keeps you people in the store way longer than you should be". The third trip, they had the lumber but quote "We do not cut wood here at all". With this last person, I called her out on this story and told her about the first two encounters/lies. She admitted to my face that she had told me incorrectly and that the saws were actually "not working" right now. When I asked her why she opted to lie to me with her initial response, she had no answer. Afterwards, just out of curiousity, I called the Post Road Indianapolis location and asked if they had the board I needed in stock. They did not have it in. I asked if they would cut it for me if they had it in stock and they said that they would. They then referred me back to the Greenfield store who showed having the piece in stock that I needed and were able to cut lumber at their location. What an absolute crock this entire experience has been. 100% done with Home Depot. I'll go elsewhere and even pay a little more if I have to, to do business with someone who won't lie to me. I dropped $300 on a trip to Home Depot about a week ago. Needless to say, everything on that receipt is being returned. Lies cost you customers.

The staff tried very hard to look for all applicable discounts and to coordinate the delivery of several appliances at the same time.

Great store nice location

We love this homedepot as everyone there has always been so great to us! Our two favorites are jay and dan! They are two very hard working men who are always there to help us when we need it! They are always so kind and welcoming and has given us great advise! Thank you to everyone!

This store has the best employees! Customer service goes a long way and everyone there is so very helpful on every trip that we make to this store. Keep up the good job! No problem finding the products we were looking for. The store was very clean also!

Associates were very friendly and helpful!

This store is neat, clean and well stocked, but they have done away with all of the checkout lanes but one, which is usually backed up with large contractor loads. You are left to check yourself out with a handheld scanner and trying to find the UPC codes on your own.

prices/employees/store are all exceptional

Having been in retail supervision for the last 45 years, (now retired) I have one issue with your store. these associates have been SO WELL indoctrinated by your LP dept that, without exception, every single interaction I have with one includes their glance in the cart to see what's in there in order to make an assessment of the likelihood that I am going to pilfer said item. I have been shopping in this store since it opened (I have lived in this area for 32 years) & have NEVER even considered taking something. As one wag said, just because I'm paranoid, doesn't mean you're not watching me closely!! Still shop there, though, as I'm tired of driving to Indy!! thanks...bob j

I usually visit the store about once per week. I have always experienced courteous employees.

The ease of finding what I was looking for made my trip easy. The associate for the department was very helpful and knowledgeable on stock available. The store was clean and organized. I would recommend this store to my friends and family.

THE PEOPLE KNOW WHAT YOU NEED OR CALL SOMEONE WHO DOES.

Overall the store is fine. My low rating comes from the fact that I had 5 gallons of paint mixed that was requested to be FLAT finish and did not catch that I was given SATIN finish paint! The fault is mine for not catching this before I paid for it but since I cannot return it and now have no use for it I am out $150.90 and am angry that their employee did not mix my paint as I requested. Maybe I can resell it in a garage sale.
