I purchased storage units for my washer and dryer and they were installed incorrectly and I can’t get the damage resolved

Assembly that controls the movement of the saw blade bevel is missing

The variety of plants and supplies is so fun to walk through at the Home Depot store on Wendover Ave. in Greensboro. They are doing a great job with the whole store, but the garden center is an oasis!

Had beggars in the parking lot, asking for money and then proceeded to make a purchase, take home, and find out it was used and put back on the shelf. Totally unacceptable.

I had a great crew of Home Depot employees who were very helpful, especially an associate name Erica. She was a rockstar- knowledgeable and very helpful. Thank you!

I bought supplies for project in yard and the clerks were very helpful. There was a problem on my part of getting the block home but we solved it that morning. I will be back to store for future project supplies F Arent

Customer service is attentive at listening and finding a resolution for the customer.

HOME DEPOT SENT A FLYER THAT SAID THERE WAS 'FREE DELIVERY ON SPRING ITEMS" NO WHERE DID IT INDICATE THERE WAS A DELIVERY CHARGE FOR MULCH OR SOIL. THE COMMERCIAL ON TV ALSO SAID "FREE DELIVERY" YET WHEN I PLACED THE ORDER I WAS TOLD THAT DID NOT APPLY TO WHAT I ORDERED. NO WHERE IN EITHER THE COMMERCIAL OR THE FLYER DID IT INDICATE THIS.

They were so helpful from the time I walked in the store asked for directions to the appliance area and they customer service was great in that area they really took time to help me 👏🏽👏🏽

We are remodeling our kitchen counters and have enjoyed working with Mary and Susan in the kitchen Design department! They have been extremely helpful, informative and patient as we navigate through this process. We are very thankful for these two professionals and the guidance they provided to us.

I like that this Home Depot has qualified people working. Whenever I need and ask them more information they help me.

We made an unexpected purchase requiring the assistance of customer service and store staff. Judith helped us with the credit purchase details and Taylor loaded the large tool chest for me. This store always performs! I will be back.

I was looking for a specific washer/dryer combo unit and Mark, the gentleman that waited on me, went over the options available for the two different brands.

Easily found what we were looking for and interacted with several people.

STOP THEIF. Return some material. Only got 60% of my money back. Never Shopping at Home Depot again

Items were in stock and easy to find. Wife was injured at the store and Beth really took care of her. Disappointed that an employee owned black Altima was parked in front of the pro loading area. I had to load 22 sheets of beadboard in the blistering sun. Other than that, great experience.

I was looking for a particular cabinet. I had to hunt down an associate. I asked her about the cabinet and she gave me an aisle number. I asked her to help me find it (She should have offered). Cabinet was found in 3 different locations. I bought the cabinet. No one offered to help me get it in my car (fortunately I ran into a sweet lady shopper in the parking lot that offered to help me). Home Depot employees could benefit from a Customer W.O.W. Workshop. Customer Service could be soooooo much better.

Purchased an appliance package had to make some changes and Sue very adeptly walked me through it!

Debra in Paints was amazing. She helped me with my epoxy painting project and all the items I needed. (I have never dealt with epoxy based paint before.). She was patient, attentive and proactive… even though she was the only one at the Paint counter and had several customers at the same time. Customer Service at its best. Thank you Debra. Thank you Home Depot.

When I went to HD to look for tile and flooring yesterday, Ronnie provided excellent customer service. He knew the products and provided the information that I needed to make my choices. He was knowledgeable, friendly and patient and was able to make an appointment for measurements on the day that I requested. Since I can't order until after the measurements have been taken, I can't comment on the installation process or the carpets, however, the customer service I received from Ronnie was stellar!

Shopping experience could be better if nore employees to ask questions to and not have to hunt one down. Also less homeless people in the store harassing customers

I had a great experience with my flooring project.

We went in to get a few items and the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff was beyond comparison. It was almost enough to ponder moving from TN if all the people in Greensboro are this kind! David in Lumber, Natascha in Customer Service and the manager, Derrick were all wonderful. TEN stars!!
