Below expectations. I routinely shop at this Home Depot, so I'll chalk this up to possibly a new employee or something. I'll continue shopping here, but hope to have better help next time. Things happen once in a while that don't meet our expectations; that's life. I don't know what may have been causing the delay in service

Cashier Mirna is always friendly and nice. I like to go to her. She is good.

Very Please with Susan Devito Appliance Specialist . She was very helpful and new her products. We bought all new appliances and very happy with the selection.

I had a gal from the Wendover Avenue, Greensboro, NC Home Depot named "Tammy" who went above and beyond to assist me in my purchase and it was refreshing to have that well of a customer service experience.

Our cashier Mirna was exceptional. We liked her and would hope to get her again. We had a very good visit to the store. Everyone was helpful and went beyond necessary to help us.

TAMMY, A CASHIER, HELPED ME WITH A PURCHASE, EXPLAINED OPTIONS, AND EVEN GOT ME ASSISTANCE IN LOADING THE HEAVY TOOLBOX I BOUGHT.

Tammy did a great job checking me out and paint dept was very informative for my project.

I have been remodeling inside and the outside of my home. I go to Home Depot because of the quality of their products, the no-interest promotions, and the great employees.

I was extremely pleased with my cashier, Tammy. She was so nice and helpful. Glad to see someone knows how to treat customers.

Home Depot is the place to shop for all home, garden supplies and lots of other things....they are always my first stop !!

Great place to shop I always ask for Home Depot gift cards for my Birthday and Christmas I can't think of a better gift.

This was my first time at this particular Home Depot. The service was wonderful. A nice man named Bob helped me from start to finish. He brought my order out to my car and tied the trunk so it would not pop open on my way home. The lady who checked us out was also very, very, nice. I really liked this store, great customer service.

The employees are happy to explain and help you with yours problems with suggestions as the best options for you.... store is clean and stocked well... Great Store !

Hire more employees to assist your customers, because it takes sometimes 4-11 minutes just looking for help/assistance, and your Customer Service Desk is Filled w/ 3-4 individuals who just stand around and talk = and besides WHEN I do ask them questions their always to YOUNG to really know what Tool or Item I am trying to Find & Purchase. ...... You really need to bring back the Older, Retired Construction men & women who know just what a customer needs & the knowledge to explain how to use things / build things.

Great selection of tools and wood is top notch! Quality cut and fair prices. Products stocked and nice staff.

home depot is very important for mi and my comunity

My go-to HD when I'm near Wendover. Big footprint = everything you need in stock. Great staff if you need some help. Blade on the panel saw is actually kept in sharp condition!

The store was easy to find the products I needed and the service was excellent.

I was shopping for a Weber 210 grill. I went to the Brassfield location where I received poor service and will not return. I decided to drive to Wendover just to give Home Depot another chance, Boy am I glad I did! There I had the BEST customer experience I have ever had in my life. Audrey and Barb mobilized the entire store to take care of me. They moved what seemed like 30 grills just to get to the one I wanted, an unassembled unit. Just amazing, I will not go anywhere else for my needs.

Store was neat and clean and employees were very helpful and nice

HD stopped veteran discount unless retired or active. When have the definite of a veteran changed!? This is an insult to all veterans retired, active or not. I served and I am a veteran. Lowe’s treats us with the respect we earned. No veteran should shop at any HD, go where you are respected at Lowe’s!

I especially like the way you have so many associates available to help. I also like the way you have your merchandise organized.

I wouldn’t recommend any Home Depot. They no longer let veterans get there discount daily. That’s ashamed as the veterans fought for our country and that’s the least they could do for them, very disgraceful!!!

Staff is always friendly and rarely wait in line to check out. I shop there at least 3-4 times a month.

Great location, Cashier was excellent she was helpful in setting colors and style of plants and flowers together.

I went to this store seeking help with purchasing stock cabinets for our laundry room. I thought I knew what I wanted but Susan Smith suggested a different configuration that I liked much better and helped me order other items that we would need to install the cabinets. I will definitely shop at this location again!

Michael in the rental department is absolutely professional and his customer service skill are superb!!!!
