A checkout experience I will never forget! The associates at this location are genuine and made my daughters day!

Associate retrieved my water hose from car that had a hole.He not only took me to the parts needed but spliced it for me.Then he took hose to garden center to make sure it worked,drained it and put back in car after I checked out.All of this he did with sincere friendliness.

The Bridford Parkway Home Depot really delivers exceptional service. I find the associates in every department are very knowledgable when I need assistance. I have gained confidence doing renovation projects and repairs around the home. On a recent visit to the paint dept., Simon was very helpful in talking me through the whole cleaning and staining process of my deck. Kudos to Home Depot!

I always have a specific need when I stop into the Home Depot. If the item does not fit into a particular aisle, like plumbing or paint, it is my habit to ask an associate where to find the item. More often than not, I find that the associates do more than direct me to the correct aisle. They take me right to the item that I am looking for. That is really helpful. I can pick up what I need and get on with the rest of my day. The other important thing about stopping at Home Depot is that I always find what I need and do not have to go looking elsewhere I cannot remember a time when the item I was looking for was not available. That is another time saver. This visit, I was looking for those little flags you use to stake your yard. I had no idea where they would be. Within a minute an associate walked me over to hardware and showed me several different products to choose from. On the way through the checkout lane, that handy display of batteries reminded me that I needed to pick up a pack - right there and waiting.

Everything about the store is great. The associate are great and the store is very clean.

This is the ONLY store in the area that had my product. Will continue to buy this product there as long as they keep stocking it. Had other varieties but wanted only this specific one.

This location is awesome! I seem to always need help when buying new items. Each time though I've received excellent associate help from lighting to storm doors to cleaning rags . I'm female so this store is comforting and doesn't make you feel like an idiot even for simple questions :-)

I had very limited time on my last trip to Home Depot. The associate behind the Return counter at the front of the store was able to tell me specifically where to find what I needed without having to look it up! I was able to find my item and was in and out in a matter of minutes. I find the associates at this location friendly and willing to help with anything I need and the store is always clean and clutter-free!

I have gone to this Home depot numerous times and each and every time the staff is friendly and very helpful, the store is super clean and has a bright friendly atmosphere. The staff is very knowledgeable and they dont mind assisting you with any question you might have. I definitely recommend this store.

Went in to inquire about purchasing Quartz countertops. Associate was very helpful and knowledgeable of the process. We were in and out quickly and had accomplished what we needed to do with ease.

The store was clean, the product I was looking for was hard to find, the associate had to look on several aisles before he finally found it. Overall, though, the experience was good and the associate was very diligent in locating the item.

I am a frequent shopper at a differsnt Home Depot, this was a great experience to not be at my favorite store.

We were able to get blinds and other needs reasonbly priced and easy to find. Ashley our cashier was extremely friendly and personable. We had 2 separate transactions with our order and she was very helpful and nice about accommodating us and did the heavy lifting to scan items in our cart.

I found the perfect value in a new gas grill. The associates in lawn and garden went above and beyond in making my shopping experience stand out. I needed to come back with a different vehicle to pick up the grill and the associates at the customer service desk were friendly and extremely helpful. In addition , I received help loading the grill into my vehicle. Overall, I could not have asked for a better shopping experience.

Looking for wood and replacement feet for a project, however the wood isles were blocked off due to an associate stocking the isles. My sister and I waited for 15 mins. Finally I got my piece of wood and needed it cut. It took awhile for someone to show up for that but I got it cut, got the feet, got the hardware to attach the feet and was on my way. Got the the registers and no cashier so I did self serve. Finally checked outt and went home and fixed my footstool. Was very pleased with my finished product.

As soon as I walked in I was greeted by a store associate who pointed me in the right direction for the department I was looking for. I found the flooring department and there was another store associate there ready to wait on me. I told him what I was looking for and he promptly looked me up in the system to ensure I was going to purchase the correct product. He then walked me directly to the product then he went and got a cart for me so I would not have to carry the semi-heavy product to the checkout. I have never experienced such helpfulness at any of The Home Depot competitors. Thank you!

I can always expect and receive information from associates who are knowledgeable, kind and most helpful. They have even helped me cut legs on a stand that I needed for my classroom. I have never been disappointed with my interactions in this store.

Quick in and out trip to The Home Depot. Associates were available all throughout the store. Also, no wait in line and there was an associate in the self check out ready to help if there were any issues.
