Best home improvement store around! Don and Noor know their stuff regarding windows and doors. the cashiers are great, especially Crystal. Jennifer is always eager to help.

I will for sure be back to this HD for Ms. Sally Wright. I am a Pro-Contractor and she makes it all worth it. WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND!!!!!

Terry at the paint desk is AMAZING!!! Definitely go to him for advice on wood stain and paint products. The garden area is also pretty decent. Always have a good checkout (self-checkout flows pretty smoothly)

I'm not the most handiest of people, so customer service is super important to me when it comes to DIY. This location had the best customer service I've ever received at a home depot!

I've used both Home Depot stores on the South side of Denver (this one and the Lone Tree) and have always found the the staff to be really nice and the store always seems to have what I came in for, and a few items I "didn't know" I needed.

Kevin at the paint desk was extremely helpful. His customer service was above and beyond what I have received before at Home Depot.

They have the most helpful person in the paint department. His name is Gregg. He is quite knowledgeable, very personable, and delivers a high level of customer service. He is committed to satisfying the customers. I won't go anywhere else!

The Greenwood Village store is a nice clean, well stocked store with friendly and helpful associates to assist you with your diy projects.

2 days ago 01/08/17, we found the seeds in this store while we were told from another Home Depot that it was not the season:( Thank God for friendly people- from Welcome at the door to helping us find the product, then a cashier that was just very patient and polite. Great store- great people and we are coming back:)

This is one of the most customer-friendly stores that I've ever been to; from Holly and Jean in Customer Service, to James on teh floor. Margaret in paint is a wonderful and friendly person. Every time I come to this Branch, I am pleasantly greeted by many of the same faces...along with special greetings from new faces. I am a nobody; the employees at this Branch make every trip there a special one - and no trip is the same. Thanks Home Depot; you make Handywork both pleasant and fun!

Very poor customer service! The cashier Leigha was very rude! No greeting, no thank you... Nothing!

The outdoor seasonal area is consistently understaffed...poor people who work out there. Nicest 2 employees trying to keep it all together. Perhaps someone from the Corp. Offices should come try to do that job for a weekend. Expressed my concern to store manager who was as indifferent and borderline rude as one can get. Clearly she is not standing outside in 45 degree weather trying to help so many people or perhaps her less than sunny disposition would have changed a lot. Staffing is a constant "bug" for this location....but really they don't give a care...profits are up so who cares about disgruntled customers. Lowes is looking better and better.

Consistently receive friendly and informative help

This store is one of my favorites because you can generally find employees that are willing to help. Only issue is that availability of some items is low or out and it seems to take a while to fill it back up. Possibly due to manufacturer and not store.

Last night, my husband and I went into the store with an idea of what we needed, but know we needed help. Every employee I encountered was so helpful! We were directed to the right isle I needed for the PVC pipe we wanted to look at immediately as we entered the store. Then, a stocking associate, who looked busy, stopped and asked if I needed help, which I really appreciated. He stopped what he was doing to find the department associate who could best help me and let me know he would be over soon. An associate in plumbing came over to help us. I was so impressed by his service! He took the time to answer our questions, think through logistics, and even helped us save a few bucks! We were able to leave with everything we needed for our project! Something neither of us really expected, as we only had an idea about what we needed going into the store. When we got to the registers, there were only two other customers ahead of us at the checkout. However, (I think she was the supervisor) had another associate hop on the register, take the next customer, and told us specifically that it would only be a minute. I loved the awareness she had! Our whole experience was so quick and easy! Truly a great surprise, as I was thinking, going to the store, that it was going to take awhile and we'd probably be back the next day. I was thoroughly impressed!

The staff at this store are always extremely knowledgeable and helpful. In particular the store manager (Jeff) is extremely professional and puts the customer first. Thanks for a great shopping experience. I will be back! (often)

A Home Depot staff member named Chris helped me find the supplies I needed to replace a window screen. He then showed me how to build it from the old one I brought to the store. A most excellent Home Depot experience!

Went to get house plants and other things to improve the quality of living in my apartment. Found everything I needed at a reasonable and affordable price. Everyone there was helpful and directed me to the right isles for what I was looking for.

We really like this Home Depot because they have so many item options to choose from and they have updated styles. The employees at this store are very helpful and friendly. Love this store.
