I go to this store on s regular basis for work and personal due to it's proximity, I must pass by it half a dozen times a day. Every time I have stopped in, I have been able to find what I need pretty quickly and though I might have to wait for an associate to become available, I find them to knowledgeable ( or at least honest enough to get someone who can help). I have never had any trouble getting made right when the product was wrong or if I had bought too much. I do recommend (and this is anywhere) that you pay attention to policies surrounding the methods that they have available for crediting you! They can only issue store credit if you don't have your receipt, they can't give you cash when you used your credit card, and you will probably end up with cash in your pocket if you used your debit card.

I have had many home projects over the past year and my 2nd hand is this store. Without this store, none of my projects would be complete. Thank you for your help from associates and the availability of all the tools and supplies I need.

Quick trip. Just needed some flex hose to connect the new faucets I put in the Master Bathroom. A store associate was readily available to quickly help me find the right hoses (over my lunch hour). Good experience. I keep coming here, as it's close to work, and the associates are always friendly and helpful.

I went to Home Depot with a list of items I needed to get for various projects. With the help of the associates I was able to find all of the items successfully and in a reasonable amount of time.

Had an excellent experience with the flooring department. Professional and helpful with the person who came to our home to measure our rooms, to the estimate and recommendations at the store. Very happy and appreciative of Home Depot.

I guess the title sums it up. Went in with particular items in mind, asked associate as i came in and was out in minutes. Probably safer on my wallet that I didn't have to search for my items. To many other things i would have wanted to buy.

I am remodeling a condo and I have been in NUMEROUS times over the past several weeks. The first time Kristi helped me choose paint, she was so friendly and willing to talk me through the difficult process of picking paint colors. Since then, every time I come in, she greets me like we're long-time friends and is genuinely interested in my project. She even remembers which paint chips I've taken home with me! She is very knowledgeable and I will wait to talk with her before making any decisions on what color to paint my next wall.

Jeannie is the best! 9/10 I never need help. This trip I was actively look for an associate and no one was around. I just made a novice guess and proceeded to check out disappointed with the visit. I proceeded to self checkout disappointed with my experience. Normally at self check out I get NO ONE to help or even say a 'hello' or 'have a good evening'. Jeannie made up for it ten fold by being super nice at check out. She saved the day! Jeannie made me feel welcomed at the store. She not was kind enough to bag my items while I had to dash out to my car to get my debit card, but she even held the machine for me so i didn't have to start all over again. Granted it wasn't very busy that night but she is the reason I would continue to shop at Home Depot over Lowes.... PERIOD!

Noor in millworks did a great job for us. I wish I could say the same for this survey which is a real mess to work with. I think h depot should hire a new survey designer.

Sally was extremely helpful in ordering my blinds. She knew exactly the correct questions to ask so my order would be what I expected.

Great staff. Will help with all problems. Home solutions (outside source of Home Depot) isn't friendly and isn't interested in customer happiness. Stick with only associates inside the walls.

I was in the store with our 6 year old and he said "I really love coming to this store, they have everything we need and play the best music. I hope they don't go out of business" I agreed and reassured him HomeDepot will be around for a very long time.

We recently updated our kitchen and 2 bathrooms. We purchased refrigerator, gas stove, granite counter tops for the kitchen and Corina counter tops for the 2 upstairs bathroom. We painted many rooms with Behr paint and brought new kitchen sinks and faucets and 3 new bathroom sinks and faucets. We are very satisfied with the equipment and improvements from the store and the installers were also very professional.

Almost always, like within 1-2 minutes of entering store, find an associate coming up to me with usually cheerful smile and asking how they might be able to help me. So that even if an item I'm looking for isn't readily visible I'm usually directed to appropriate dept. quickly enough. The only gripe I have is something that's more related to my bad back issues and really is something that I can't fault Home Depot for--which is sometimes having to stand for more than 5 min. at the help desk.

Always get help when needed and the store always has my stuff in stock

Over the years I have used many, many Homedepot stores. I found this one to be the best overall that I have used. Jerry in the Hardware area helped me many times and I found him to be an excellent resource. The check out personnel were very good, fast and friendly. This is a great store.
