As a former employee of Lowes, I choose to shop at Home Depot everytime. They have most knowledgable staff and are always willing to help with questions. Thank you Home Depot. Always a a loyal customer because I never have a bad time here. I could spend all day just walking around and talking with the friendly employees. Great people at this store!

Associate was very helpful in determining which epoxy product I needed

Store give us a specific date and time of when to pick up our merchandise but when we came to the store to pick up,our product wasn't done yet and told us that they will give us a call that same day when it gets done,but they didn't call at all,so we called them but no one picks up their phone,same thing happened the following day.

I was provided outstanding customer service by Paulene and the young man that assisted with getting my box down from the top shelf. He also insisted on going through the check out process and loading the box in my car.

Busy store but associates always available to help.

Went in to the store to buy a gas double oven range, came out very happy and satisfied with the knowledge of the associate (Derik), and the product I purchased. He went out of his way to answer questions and talk through products. I believe customer service has pretty much gone by the wayside in a lot of stores but not at The Home Depot at Greenwood Village. People make the store and Derik is truly a great sales associate.

I guess when the cats away the mice will play. One register open and the self checkout was jampacked. Nobofy in customer service or contractors desk offered to help

This location usually has a better section and inventory than other locations near my home. I also like to shop at this store because it is larger in size and well laid out.

I needed a tarp to lie in the back of a truck. I showed up and picked an appropriately sized one. It was fast. My girlfriend was with me. On the way to the register, I touched her butt. I liked that part, as it really added depth to an otherwise underwhelming experience.

I was able to locate my products easily. When at the self-help check out, an associated volunteered to help me.

Knowledgeable and friendly staff, I was very satisfied with my experience.

The greater was a friendly face. Although I was initially misdirected to the proper aisle for the item I was looking for another associate got me to the correct place. The last time I visited the store to pick up some items it was a cold blistery day and it was quite nice that they had hot chocolate available for customers as they entered the store.

DJ Danko is the best plumbing associate that I have ever met in the Home Depot stores in the Denver area and the cashier Melina is always very friendly and gets me out the door quickly.

From the friendly greeting at the door with directions to get me where I needed to be quickly, to the helpful knowledgable associates, my experience at The Home Depot was a joy! I had several interactions over the course of a few days and i was made to feel like family. I truly felt like they were glad to see me each time.

Larry at the Pro desk is spectacular and very knowledgeable. You should make him work full time.
