I HAVE BEEN COMING IN THIS STORE FOR A LONG TIME. MY FAVORITE PLACE IS THE GARDEN CENTER. THE PEOPLE KNOW WHAT THEY ARE TALKING ABOUT.

Employees in lawn and garden were extremely helpful with my purchase of mulch. They loaded it in my trunk after lining it with plastic. Thank you!!

Employees are rude and not eager to assist customers in locating merchandise. Do not EXPECT any employee assistance.

This store was organized and clean with very knowledgable employees. Woukd highly recommend for all your home improvement items.

Kevin and Adam run a great store, I work for a general contractor and am in this store five days a week.

I enjoy shopping at this Home Depot, and shop there very often. Employees are always available, know the products, and provide assistance in a friendly way. If I need heavy bags of garden soil, or conditioner, they are immediately helpful by finding and loading them for me. If I need lumber for a project, they find it, cut it and load it for me. The paint department has great employees, too. The prices are fair, and this store often has bargains. Great store!

Improvements are being made in getting help on the floor. It's obvious attention is being given to having more staff for assistance. Keep up the good work!

The Griffin store is a very well run and organized facility who's employees really care about the customers. However, with my most recent visit I was greatly disappointed to see and hear a store employee speaking with two other employees using profane language with no regard to the possible offensive character such words may have upon store customers. For some this kind of experience could cause some to never come back to that store or maybe any Home Depot facility.

This is not a large Home Depot, so selection may be limited. Store is clean and employees helpful and friendly. Customer Service desk is quick and very friendly.

Anytime we go into the Griffin Home Depot in Griffin, we are greeted by Ms Banks. She always has a smile and offers to help us. We feel like she is an asset to Home Depot. Even though some of the employees speak it seems like they are directed to do so. Ms Banks actually means it.

This is a very friendly store to shop at and I am in every day just about but I do miss the happy friendly face of mahgony that always greeted you as you walked through the door and always made you feel important. If the store doesn't have they will get it for you or find to meet your every need

I have had issues with your computer system saying you have XX number of an item in the store and then staff not being able to find them. System has also said there were items in another store and upon going to that store the staff could not find the item. Returns have never been a pleasant event with HD. For a while it looked like this matter was getting better but my recent attempt was unpleasant.

I was asked if I needed assistance as soon as I walked in the door, and was helped and taken right over to the area I needed to be in! The workers are all very kind and helpful.

I have visited several home depot store all over the south and by far this is the friendliest store. I am in there everyday and the employees make this store. They are helpful and courteous and always have a smile even when they are tired and have had a long day. They go the extra mile if they are out of anything and get it to you asap. Mahogony, Stephanie, Crystal and others in this store just make it a good experience

This store far exceeded all experiences I had encountered at previous Home Depot stores. I live closer to Peachtree City and Newnan, but it was well worth the stop at Griffin store. If you are looking for Great customer service, LOOK no further. This location is calling out to YOU! Check it out you will not be disappointed!

I have been using this store since it opened. I have, in a lot of years now, had only one negative experience with an assistant. This person had been good before, and without my complaining has been nothing but nice and helpful since. They had to have been having a bad day. I have never not been offered help with finding things, advice on how to do something including a lot of thinking outside of the box help. I can honestly say that I have many friends I have made on the staff of this store. It is great to have people who make it obvious they are glad to see you for more reasons that you are planning on spending money in their place. Friends was a show - these people actually mean the friendliness and could offer half the help and still be ahead of many of the other store in the area. Instead they seem to try to do better each time.

From browsing to buying I experienced great customer service through out the store. However, Ms. Vinson extended the extra mile with patient, smiles and knowledge and sealed the deal twice in one day. I applaud HOME DEPOT in Griffin Georgia for each employee that attributed to my GREAT experience TODAY! THANK you all! Sincerely, SP

The associate Tom is willing to help me every time I come to the store.

The sales associates were able to locate what I needed and were nice and professional. Was able to get what I needed and get out in a timely manner. The item was delivered exactly when they told me it would be.
