My daughters getting her room makeover so we asked Elliott the associate at Home Depot what would be the best paint to choose? Elliott, is very knowledgeable, kind and most important patient. We gave him several selections of colors, and he helped make the final decision at the choice of color we picked. We have our next project next week. Definitely coming back to the store and requesting Elliott help.

Parking lot is dark at night. The security camera suggests the area is unsafe. Once inside, employees are hard to find in the evening hours. But, once an employee is engaged, they are usually helpful. Sales items in isles make navigation difficult.

This store is disgusting and awful. How dare your employee Amber the assistant manager accuse a 74-year-old disabled lady of stealing and telling her on the phone that she has it on camera and does not provide the camera footage we go to the store there she is arrest her we came back. Why would a thief come back to the store? Also your black African-American security guard approach my mother without identifying herself and did nothing but accuse her of stealing something out of her arm brace and why does she have an arm brace on that is none of your business she had surgery. Also, she told my mother that she took too long in the restroom. Was there a time limit? I never knew that

This store location has the most welcoming, helpful and friendliest employees that I have experienced at a Home Depot store.

This HD can be a little difficult to locate when it’s dark, but customer service and employees are very friendly and helpful here.

I bought this month Mulch Topsoil, Weed blockers, Weed remover-Preen, Wood needed for paving.

I bougt it on Labor Day.

I entered the store with a part to a job that I knew nothing about. Jade walked me through the search and selection for exactly what I needed.

Mrs jade was a terrific supervisor her team including Mrs Carrie and Mrs Kim help me with my return and assisted with locating the Wright supplies.

Mr. David is always very helpful. I seem to always run into when I’m shopping. If i need help something I’ll ask for him if i don’t see him. He is awesome.

Not one person asked if I needed help. 3 employees walked right by put their heads down and got on their personal phone. Not one manger in sight. In fact, all Home Depot you never see and leadership. stop hiring to hire, hire people who what want to work not just get a paycheck. all companies need to get back to being in charge and stop worrying about hurting someone feeling and start holding employees and management responseble.

Purchased landscape materials, getting ready for the summer. Home Depot always has what we need and the folks there are always very respectful and helpful. The young man that took our order had wonderful people skills. Our purchase was delivered the next day.

I would like to give a special thank you to the employees that work customer service section. I dropped my wallet in the store parking lot and I got a call from within 5 minutes after leaving the store. I did even realized I dropped it til they called me. I bought last week a ge washing machine still on sale and I have a really good deal. So far the machine works great.

First, I would like to say I think Home Depots in general are "Great." I only make this comment to suggest that this issue should be addressed. The parking lot lighting is not sufficient. Yes, there was a light pole where the lights were not working at all, and that did not help matters.

I’ve been coming to this store for years now and I’m pleased with my experience for the most part. They could use some updates to minimizing the cluttered environment. I understand there’s a ton of products but it can be overwhelming to look at when it’s all mixed up. Separating brands with larger signage could help! I also have an issue with the speed people drive by the entrance of the store. Maybe adding more security or speed bumps would help slow folks down!

Great location, suuplies, friendly helping staff, and awesome service.

Had to get some T1-11 siding and the employees were very helpful in getting it cut to size. As well as loading it on the cart. As we went by paint Jeff helped my pick the paint I needed. The return desk referred me to the truck rental so I was able to get my items home.

I am a faithful member to Home Depo I have never had an issue with Home Depo ever. Till recently i n Houston, TX I order and appliance 13SEP24 and delivery was 15SEP24 but did not receive. I waited an additional 2 days and have not received my order yet. Called and went to the store 17SEP24 and they have no clue how to help me or what happened to my order so they said they are going to reorder it. I guess I will wait for the next delivery date.

Not acceptable that the manager yell at employees. Then there is a really rude lady that works at the return/ pickup section.

Employees seem too busy to help customers. Is easier to shop at home depot if you all ready know what you're looking for. Good luck finding an employee tgat knows the products.
