Bought a router but I didn't care for the quality

Luis was awesome and accommodated us. I appreciate the awesome customer service and willingness to help with a smile. There was 3 employees that approached us and helped answer any questions!

This is the best Home Depot on the southeast side! Each and everytime someone steps help to help me. I dread going anywhere else. Example; this morning at 7am I wa looking for a certain tile that wasn't available on the floor. Gabby at returns came over and looked it up and then located the tile for me. She then coordinated the fork lift driver to then load it up onto my truck! I was very satisfied.

Attendants are nice and regularly they try to answer your questions

i have lived in this neighborhood 14 yrs. i know if i walk into the store and ask questions.....i get answers. in particular, i have asked hard and technical questions to the staff in equipment rental, and have been given specific answers and choices which never crossed my mind. that is what a store should be: well stocked with supplies and staff that know their stuff!!

Went in out because of the helpful Employee's at this location. THANKS GUY'S FOR ALL YOUR HELP!!!

I frequent the Home Depot at 11820 Dickinson Rd, Houston, TX 77089. Today I was in the store and witnessed two employees confront, politely, two men who were in the store without a mask. The employees attempted to convince the men to wear masks unsuccessfully. The location needs security personnel for just this type of situation. I was uncomfortable shopping in a place of business that cannot enforce local Harris County safety rules.

Store was clean and items were well stocked which is why I gave 2 stars or else it would have been one. Horrible customer services. Little to no assistance on the floor. Cashier was one of the most rudest and unprofessional individual that I’ve dealt with. I will not frequent this Home Depot unless absolutely needed.

These people are like family. Always ready to help with a great attitude. I hate going anywhere else. This is definitely my Home Depot.

I recommend using the Home Depot search item online for this location. Otherwise, you’ll wander and wait long for assistance. This store seems busier than several others I frequent and DEFINITELY needs greeters/person(s) assigned at the entrances to direct and assist & give general information to shoppers. Perhaps generalist employees could alternate short shifts and have walkie-talkies to communicate with specialists. Did not recommend for this reason, otherwise I enjoy shopping at Home Depot.

The store employees are able to give excellent answers on what you ask about. You are able to make excellent informed decisions on what to purchase. Never rushing the time spent with you.

We were recently in the market for new appliances. As we were comparison shopping at our local Home Depot, we were approach by a young man by the name of Julian who worked in the appliance department. He was very knowledgeable about all brands and their features. He answered all our questions confidently, and made us feel extremely comfortable in our shopping experience. We decided we were done ‘comparison’ shopping. We bought a range, dishwasher and microwave from Home Depot that day. Great employee and great management that cultivated such an employee.

This is the closest Home Depot I have to my house and it usually has everything I need in stock, and sometimes if I don't know exactly what I need I am usually able to find an associate to assist me. The cashiers are friendly and the store is usually well kept.

I have lived and worked in the area for more than 40 years. Have always relied on Home Depot to help. It has always been our go to store in any neighborhood that I might be working in. I have been a realtor for more than 40 years and seems that always when I am listing or selling a house we need to go to Home Depot for repairs. My son is a contractor and uses Home Depot almost exclusively.

THE ONLY POSITIVE THING HAPPEN TO ME TODAY WAS HAVING A CASHIER BY THE NAME OF SUSAN RING ME UP QUICKLY AND SHE WAS VERY FRIENDLY. SHE TOOK THE TIME TO MAKE ME FEEL APPRECIATED. THANKS SUSAN...
