I have made two separate appliance purchases at the Hanover location and the associate who helped went above and beyond to accommodate me! The same cannot be said for competitors and that is why I will always choose this Home Depot for any of my home needs! Very customer service focused!

The store is well stocked, and have knowledgeable staff in the various departments. Customer service and the staff is extremely friendly.

Got everything I came for and my cashier was great! I will not go to another Home Depot besides Hanover, PA. Thank you Cornielia for being great!

OVER THE PAST YEAR I HAVE HAD AN EXTENSION TO MY HOUSE 90% OF TE MATERIALS HAVE COME FROM HOME DEPOT I HAVE HAD TO ORDER SOME THINGS WHICH ALL CAME IN A REASONABLE TIME THE STAFF HAS WORKED WITH ME ON SOME SPECIAL ITEMS ALL MATERIALS WERE GOOD CONDITION

I went to buy paint this morning and was very happy with the help that I received in the paint department and also the cashier was very friendly

Excellent help from the paint department with our 5 gallon buckets. They helped us select and mixed our desired product. They offered knowledge and handling of the products to make sure our use of the product was to our full advantage.

The associates at this location really make the store complete. Every associate that I passed had a smile on their face and asked if I needed assistance or had any questions. They were all very helpful and very friendly! I will definitely be returning to this location!

We were not looking to make a purchase. However, we found an item in the clearance section that was still full price, with a badly damaged box. When I asked for assistance, Tim from the Garden Center stepped forward. He looked up the item, checked to see why and if it would be marked down. He talked with me for some time and because of the condition, offered a discount. I told him we'd be back Monday. He told us he'd be there at 5:30, and he was. He walked us to cashier, and made sure all went well. From the moment I asked for assisatance thru check out , he was extremely pleasant and helpful. All the employess were friendly and offered to help. We shop elsewhere, but lately, we find Home Depot to be more helpful and "user" friendly!

5/1/2021 - A HUGE shout out to L.A.B. Assist. Store Manager!! Her assistance in finding additional inventory, putting gloves on and helping load, and corrected a previous purchase (wrong poles and a lot more to the story) and allowed the return of them!! I expressed a VERY heartfelt thank you! Her interaction with me and service was amazing! THANK YOU!

I've been to a lot of Home Depots over the years, but after the exceptional service I received at your Hanover store I can say it's one of the best. I'm a retired USAF Colonel and have lived in a lot of places over the years, so I've been to many home improvement stores. I'm also an Architect and like to do most of the work around my homes myself. Your manager Darrick and team members Rosemary and Kira were all very professional, knowledgable and friendly, especially Darrick! Your Hanover store will definitely be the one I go too when I need a home improvement item(s) in the future. You are lucky to have Darrick on your team. He's definitely a leader and exceptional manager. Others respond favorably to his management style. I appreciated his knowledge and expertise when explaining various tractors and equipment to me. Finally, how he resolved my frustration because of the delivery problem was exceptional. My only recommendation is the Hanover Home Depot get its own large delivery truck. With all the deliveries stores do now, you will definitely need one, and not have to rely on another store.

A store you can ALWAYS find an associate to help you. Friendly and courteous. This store values my business and it shows! The associate offered me self checkout (long lines at the registers) and I said "I don't like self checkout" and he said "that's ok I'll help you and then all you have to do is pay at the end." What a relief- because I would have just came back or not purchased anything that day if he had not helped me. It's not that I can't use self checkout, I would rather have a friendly person doing my transactions. Self checkout is unfriendly, lame and so anti-social.

WHAT IS HAPPENING AT THIS STORE!?!? I have been shopping here for 4 years. There is clearly a change happening. As a former market manager for over 20 years, you notice culture changes, even if they are small. At this location it is a HUGE change. Greetings at the door, engagement by the floor associates, clean and stocked aisles, engagement at POS. This did not happen before, but its happening now and the culture shift is noticeable. Kudos to Carrie and her team.

because of my age and health, I have no transportation and rely on others to take me everywhere to shop or bank if Home Depot sold food and clothes I wouldn't have to be taken anywhere else

Sales associate was very friendly and knowledgeable about product being purchased - refrigerator. She was able to answer all my questions and appeared genuinely interested in assuring my satisfaction. Problem occurred when product was delivered by 3rd party. Prior to taking refrigerator off truck we were advised that door could not be changed as per our request and as noted on the order. At first, delivery person seemed to indicate that this model could not be changed. Then his story changed to "special tools were required for this manufacturer" therefore door was not changed. I refused delivery and contacted local store for resolution. They tried to contact 3rd party delivery company but they said delivery company was not answering their phone. Will contact store manager to try to resolve issue.

I have shopped in many Home Depot stores on the east coast including MD, PA, and FL and this is by far the best of them all. The associates at this store are the most friendly of any home improvement store I have ever visited and are helpful and knowledgeable. It is truly a pleasure to shop at this Home Depot.
