Every shopping trip is just one big Easter Egg Hunt. For example: Just to get the items needed to install a new shower I had to search through at least 4 different aisles. And ask employees where half of the items could be found. Plus, it may be a new attack on Veterans? By deleting their active accounts while shopping.

U bought a couple of items on one of the HOT 🔥 days, the store was cool 😎 and temperature was nice also ,lol. Bought a Artic Air pure chill 2.0 evaporative cooler and got it for 1/2 price !! This thing cools down a small bedroom and uses hardly any electricity. Great deal.

Glad I got a chance to pop in for flowers. Lots of choices!

I buy my tool's here and lawn mowers,the list goes on and on. They take care of a lot of my families needs.

Everytime I go to the store I can find parking, the store is not too crowded and usually there is someone to help if I need it. The employees don't seem to have a high turnover, so they get to know you.

Had the help I needed to find the perfect door. With measurements, door price and installation I still paid much less than other stores.

The store is Always cluttered with product items on the floor and there is very little room for people to walk and guide their shopping carts.

Flooring is what we’ve waited for a lifetime.

Ali is such a pleasant employee. She helped us look for flooring and was going to assist us in doing an online order when my husband found the same design in another brand. When we were loading our vehicle Ali walked up to ask to ask if we needed assistance again come to find out that wasn’t even her department.. I’ve been to this store a lot in several years I’ve never had a good experience until today.. Ali is definitely a gem.

Michelle was able to perfectly match an old paint color. She was patient and friendly. I will shop there again because of her.

Joe was extremely helpful w/ cutting plywood. He took his time and measured well. Everything fit. He had a wonderful attitude even though my list was long. This is the second time Joe has cut for me. Ken approached me while I was checking out and asked if he could load my vehicle for me. He was charming and very helpful. He clearly LOVES his job and coworkers. His bubbly attitude is quite infectious. This type of service makes me a return customer to Home Depot. No need to go anywhere else. Thank you for bringing 1960’s customer service back.

We bought drywall and when we got to the parking lot to put it in our trailer we were greeted with an exceptional employee, Ken Smith, He absolutely was one of the best employees I have seen in a long time. Good employees are hard to come by. Keep that one and I hope to see in the future that possibly he will move up the ladder. Very friendy, respecful and curteouse.

Bought a chest freezer. Checking out was fast. And Kent walked with us to the vehicle and helped to load it.

The cashier Samantha F at customer service on 9/2 (red hair) was amazing both in how she handles other customers before me and handled my issue as well…. This was the first time I’ve seen anyone there seem so proud and joyful to be working there…. She’s a positive influence it seemed as she was interacting with other employees as well.

I never have a less than good experience here. The products are well organized and the shelver are well stocked and marked. If, for lack of seeing what I'm looking for, there is always someone to take me straight to the product, that I normally overlooked.

Everything in stock an marked accordingly. Executive staff extremely pleasant and helpful.

When you go to this location look for Howard he is the best. He takes his time to educate you and breaks things down when you look confused. He is definitely a Blessing.

Tried to return items bought that were not used, and customer service rep was rude and wasted 45 mins of my time to tell me that they could not be returned and I asked to speak to a manager. No manager came out to speak to me. The the customer service rep decided to start yelling at me as I walked away from her counter

Recent purchase of bulk bagged item had a sign posted showing one price but the computer charged a higher price. When clerk questioned, he said sign should have been taken down earlier, due to price change! This is not a very good way to treat your customers!!!

I have made two separate appliance purchases at the Hanover location and the associate who helped went above and beyond to accommodate me! The same cannot be said for competitors and that is why I will always choose this Home Depot for any of my home needs! Very customer service focused!
