Worked with Tom in the paint department to find a color to match an old paint I have on my walls. We went through a few colors but he matched it perfectly.

This store is big enough to carry many varieties of what you may need, but small enough not to be overwhelming. The store is always clean and the staff is very friendly.

Requested a quote for carpet installation. Within 2 days the estimator was at our house and was able to provide an.estimate on-site. Easy and intuitive process to accept the quote.

This is the best Home Depot I have done business with. The store is generally clean and stock isn't piled in the aisle ways. The staff is friendly and genuinely helpful.

I had several issues and needed hardware so ran to this store to purchase the supplies. I ran into several small issues and actually worked with several depts to help me. Every single person was knowledgeable about the store and products and were more than kind. You can't say that about 90% of most stores these days. I will always go to Home Depot/Harrison OH for everything I need while updating my home.

I like this store. It's a bit of a drive for me but there are more product options and better prices than some other hardware stores.

Nate is a great employee, he is a keeper I did call Home Depot to see if they will built a ramp at my home for my husband that is a Vet and haven't heard back. My husband has had 3 strokes and needs a small ramp. I was told that there is a program with Home Depot for doing this for Vets

I bought four appliances on 6/23/22. I saved a lot of money, I am very pleased with the product and sales, and the management team. I purchase a washer and dryer from Whirlpool ,and a stove and refrigator from Frigdaire.

Love the light inside ,amount that it holds to dry but do wish where you clean lint filter that dirt didn't go down in a hole because it is impossible to get the dirt out of the hole.

We have shopped all over for a riding lawn mower. This store has the knowledgeable service people who are outgoing and friendly. From the salespersons to the checkout person. Great experience.

Tom in the paint department was so helpful. I came in to buy a second gallon of paint that was guaranteed to cover in 1 coat. He asked me how I liked the paint and when I said it was not covering in 1 coat, he took the initiative to contact the company on my behalf, and I am being reimbursed for the 2 additional gallons I had to buy. Thank you Tom!!

I bought a leaf blower and after a bit of searching I found what I was looking for. The amount of product was pretty impressive as I found that when I checked out the item inventory online prior to going to the store there were 18 items in stock. This was very helpful and prevented a wasted trip to the store.

purchased a new refrigerator from Home Depot in Harrison. Jim the Gem is a great guy to work with! very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

Dryer was delivered without any leveling feet. The manual and the order clearly says they should be included. The installers argued with me and tried to tell me dryers dont come with them. They did NOTHING to resolve the issue. i had to go bck to the store and there the manager also argued with me. I have a service teck scheduled but still no feet comming

Home Depot in Harrison OH has the best employees. They don’t just point to the area where they think your product might be….they walk you there and find it for you. If they can’t find it, they enlist the help of other associates for assistance. Much appreciated!

Bought a Maytag set washer and dryer commercial series there’s an old man it works in appliances it is super knowledgeable and helpful highly recommend looking for an old man in appliances…
