Since adding the rental counter, things like block need to be stored in lawn and garden. When getting mortar and block, a customer may have to carry 80lb bags up to 4x in one shopping trip. This is super inconvenient for diy'ers without laborers to help.

The store staff were great, very helpful and courteous, I have shopped many times at the Hattiesburg, Ms store and always got good service, the service on this occasion was top shelf, absolutely great.

I normally buy lumber and electrical items and each time the pro people assist me and sparky in electr always do a good job.

This store was clean, isles were not crowded. I was able to go to the deartment that I was shopping in, with no problem. There were plenty of washers and driers to choose from, a clerk was handy, near by, but didn’t bother us, unless we needed them. Over all I was very satisfied with my visit there and my purchase.

Most every time I’m in this store someone asks if they can help me find something, unlike other retailers in this market.

I find this location very helpful. Even when it’s really busy, you can usually find someone that can help you find what you’re looking for.

I have an on-line account with Home Depot, with which I have no problem receing my discount. But the hattiesburg store can never recognize my phone number. Very frustrating and the last agent didn't believe I had a veterans preference.

Move the buggies back to a convenient spot

You need to stock more stainless steel products of all kinds needed for Construction with pressure treated lumber. You also need to stock pressure treated lumber in a higher treated product .8 And 2.5

Remodeling a bathroom has for sure, been easier, shopping at this location. Conveniently located, it has truly been a blessing.

Consistently the floor staff has always given me their undivided attention and solutions to challenging situations. If they didn’t know they redirected to someone or somewhere I could get an answer. They seem genuinely happy to be a part of a working team. Kudos to the management and the individuals that make it all happen!

I have been to several other local retailers, multiple times in the last 2 months; and this Home Depo tends to have everything that I need, that the others carry, as well as what I need, that the others don’t carry. The prices are perfectly matched to the products. The store is well stocked and it’s easy to locate the products. If they don’t have it readily available, they help you order exactly what you want or need, online. Making it easy for all purchases.

I was having a difficult time finding the blades and a nice young man helped me find the right ones. The folks at this store are always friendly and helpful. They also have a good selection of products, so I do not have to go to a lot of different places looking for what I need.

The Hattiesburg Home Depot is hands down the best home improvement store in this city. The helpful staff and well organized store help the customers get what they need without hassle. See Richard in the store when you visit and you will have the same great experience that we did.
