This is one of the worst Home Depot stores that I have shopped at! Every single time I come in, not one single employee is helpful or kind! They are all rude and have attitude towards customers! For example, I expressed my gratitude and appreciation to the self check out clerk and she just gives me a dirty look and no response! Every single employee apparently hates their job here and none of them are helpful and don’t care about providing customer service! None of them are even close to being knowledgeable about anything! Do better Home Depot! And their store manager should be ashamed of themselves for allowing this horrible behavior!

I was in a hurry because of homecomng float building week!! I had amazingly quick and efficient service with every area I had to go to. One was the paint section where they had to help me as best they could with the five colors I needed. Another was the helpful checkout cashier!! She was above and beyond this weekend. lol

I loved shopping at this store. Being assisted by awesome employees like Daisy C. And Briana J. Is a joy. The store is very organized and the garden department felt like a walk on a beautiful park.

Brian Asst Store Manager, and Store Associates Jessica, Marv, Gus, Claudia, and two young guys (forgot their names. sorry) provided excellent customer service. Definitely will continue to shop here.

My "go to" location for all my household and gardening supplies and I always find what I need. Employees always helpful and pleasant.

The staff is wonderful but the accommodations for disabled people is low.

racial discrimination and harrassment in store from employees. employees unattentive and rude, too busy chatting and giggling like they aren't being paid to ensure the customers they are there to help. puddles on main floor, i slipped. couldn't even find an employee or get a number to report issues to

Eric (In Electrical) is awesome and really looks for the answer when asked a question - Even if the question is not in his department. Also, the store manager made sure I was satisfied. Overall - Incredible customer service and support.

I went into to purchase new appliances for our kitchen remodel & Leo Hamilton was the Appliance Specialist that helped me. Leo is Amazing!! He listened to what i wanted , he was patient & very calm. Leo never got irritated with me being indecisive. He waited patiently for me to call my husband and the contractor with questions. Leo saw that i was a bit anxious about the purchase and he said to me " This is the Zen Zone I gotcha" What he didn't know was that i am giving a Seminar in July and the topic is "The Zen Zone" I knew at that moment I had made the right choice with coming to Home Depot for my purchases and they had discounts for my items as well. Leo Hamilton is the Best and Thank You Leo for all of your help.

At this point just close this store….worst customer service!!!!

Daisy seriously went above and beyond to help me—customer service just does not get any better than what she provided! Was so impressed by how quickly she was to help me, her wealth of knowledge, patience and her ability to assist other customers without skipping a beat…not to mention the genuine friendliness she did it all with! This store is spreading false information about THD’s price match policy telling me they only price match with Lowe’s… stop wasting my time.

I was able to find was I was looking for, I got some items and I was going in to the self check out to see prices then some employees notice all the work I was putting in to and they offer to help me there names are Érica deeper and Heiner they help me look for the item not only in one isle multiples they check the top selfs etc they went above and beyond to help me I have never experienced this before so I am so happy that Home Depot has this employee thanks you,even manager and duty help
