I have bought kitchen, bbq items from this store before never had a problem, I don’t know what has happened but I will definitely be thinking hard and long about buying large items again from here. 1. The stores staf were wonderful friendly and very helpful, only for them to be let down by your tech your Point of service is just that a piece of dated equipment please work on it. 2. Your delivery system is a disgrace and a scam, a14 hour window for delivery is disgusting and means you have to take a full day off work so your item can be delivered, then for what you get charged you only deliver to the door if you need it delivered into a specific room you charge extra, if you want them to take the old unit away you want a even more money, I understand you need to charge for delivery but a extra 2 charges for the item to be put in a specific room, not connected or fitted just dropped in say the kitchen, then if you need the old unit removed that’s another charge, that in my opinion is just robbery. 3. You change the delivery date without talking to me first, making sure the date is acceptable, well it’s not. You guys just might have lost not just my business but my family’s and friends.

My twin grandsons Luke and Matthew made the haunted house project, I was not with them but they showed it to me when I saw them. They enjoyed making it!

Ok--- you do have to wait for the right employee... but when you find them... GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE-- I do HATE self check out .......... worst thing EVER!! Home Depot is making Customers do their JOB-- I don't work at Home Depot ... I am a CUSTOMER... I don't make my clients write their own invoices and reject them when they are not right --- Get rid of Self Check Out... please

I visit this Home Depot because its close to my Home..I Live in El Segundo..However, I have heard from a few Landscapers and Handyman guys that their working Trucks where Broken into during the day, while they where shopping...That is disturbing..Maybe Cameras need to be installed..These are harding working people that have had equipment stolen

I find that every time I go to Home Depot the employees are never there to help out.

If they remove your flooring and decide the floor isn't level enough to put down the new stuff, their flooring department charges $150 per bag! of self-setting concrete to level a floor. That is an insane amount.

The employee at the Hawthorne Home Depot named Daisy is fantastic. Best Customer Service experience ever. She went over and beyond to help us out. Excellent employee.

Over all can get through shopping but a few items that were not available but had said in stock.

Good store. I don’t like the Gardena store.

Stopped by the Depot to pick up a few electrical parts for a job and my garage. The store was busy and the lines were long at the checkout but fully staffed and the cashiers were fast and friendly. Worth the trip

I've owned a DeWalt angle grinder for years. H.D. carries an almost-complete line of DeWalt tools, but they do NOT have the tool to fit the DeWalt arbor. GRRRR!

I purchased the same items from two. Home Depot’s both locations provided great service. The Home Depot in Palmdale, California. Their service was exceptional especially the service I received from Michael Hughes. In the blinds department. Store 6883. I was not aware of reviews so I did not get the lady’s name that helped me with the blinds I needed. I did not get them cut there. I took them back to Palmdale because of the machines for cutting are different . So Michael helped me with them when I came back to Palmdale. Excellent service. Kind and professional employee.

I could not have had a better experience purchasing such a large purchase of a washer and dryer had it not been for Daisey. She was so nice and professional and knew what she was talking about. She went over and above assisting me with my purchase. Travis also assisted and he was phenomenal! Both did an excellent job and left confident I went to the right place to make this purchase.

Although I had to wait awhile so he could finish with another customer, he was worth waiting for. This only tells me, you could use a few more sales people.. I purchased the top-of-the-line microwave with air fryer and Wi-Fi And maintenance contract. I went on to purchase other things on my list and compare other things on a different list. I am in the market for two commode seats, window coverings quarter round, a mirror and possibly a refrigerator. The microwave and refrigerator are on sale. Good for me.

I bought plants and lighting products from Mary nursery cashier.

When I was trying to to make auto deductible from my bank account they ask me about sensitive information on line like account password all other apps I used to pay never ask this question. For this reason I can’t recommend to friends

I have been to several Home Depot stores and have never had a positive experience with the knowledge of the employees.

My wife and I were looking to purchase a Refrigerator and Top Load Washer. Our team member was Daisy. She answered all our questions, provided thorough explanation of quality of products we were interested in and she allowed us to not rush making any decisions. Daisy displayed a true interest to hear about our needs and concerns. The experience was "no - haggle".

The prices are great.

I honestly thought all washer / dryers were basically the same. Amanda pointed out differences and truly educated my before I made my purchase

I had a small light bulb I needed to replace. The employee in the lighting section helped me find it among the bazillion bulbs they sell. I don’t know how he did it, but he was persistent and very helpful. I will be back!

This is my favorite Home Depot! I've been coming here for close to 30 years. Staff is always extremely helpful!

When I moved to Redondo Beach, I went to the Hawthorne Home Depot and met with Steve Scovel for advice about window treatments for my entire home. He was fantastic! He's super patient and kind, knows the options inside and out, and gives great advice. All of my window treatments are gorgeous, just what I wanted, and were expertly installed.

I bought the wrong size shelving units and realized they would not fit in the SUV. We were able to return that set and go right to the same aisle and buy a more appropriate size.
