Not one employee asked if I needed assistance, the checkout girl walked off and left me in line while a longer line formed, she was not very friendly while doing checkout. I guess I'll be back since I travel to the store.....or maybe I'll try my luck with Menard's in Garden City.,

I bought a new retro refrigerator yesterday still in the box. When we unpacked it it was damaged on the bottom by the rear wheel making the wheel unusable and having to shim up that side. I bought the 3 year warranty and Robin refunded me the $90.00 purchase plus I still have the 3 year warranty. Simple and easy. I am happy with that.

They were very helpful and greeted me at the checkout.

I needed to buy all new appliances for a re-do on a kitchen and found a great Spring Black Friday Special on the Home Depot website for Hays, KS #2221. It was super easy to swap or exchange appliances that were featured in the special, but I might have wanted other features so just "swapped" out. And each time I would hit the total button to see what the new cost would be. I ordered four appliances: Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Stove and Over the stove microwave this way with no problems....and the prices were great! and the delivery charge was exceptional!!!!

Most the time anything I buy is great. But there are rare times your not satisfied with what you bought.

This store has such wonderful employees. Very Knowledgeable & considerate. The store is always neat.

The amount of helpfulness was beyond expected. Other major stores need to focus on what the policy and motive for success is! Great work for the employees at this location.

I called in to order a grill for my husband's birthday. I needed it to be held 'til my daughter could pick it up. Russell was the one who helped me, and he was AWESOME!! So kind, courteous, and I just want to say Hays is blessed to have him!

The staff was absolutely helpful during a blizzard when we needed an emergency generator for our rig, the highway closure led us to parking overnight in parking lot. Luckily we met the most helpful staff that went above any beyond helping us. Special shout out to Robin, Andrew, Tracy, Brett, and Jalen! Thank you guys!

The staff is so friendly . Bill at checkout and Payne in aisle 45 were particularly helpful and friendly , and the white haired guy at the drill bits (Andrew)
