Doing major upgrade to my house. Visit Home Depot at least 5 times a week sometimes a couple times a day. I love the closeness to my home. I just wish it was open later.

I was fortunate to be assisted by a friendly,knowlegeable clerk,who was pleasant throughout my lenghty special order process and some computer glitches. She assisted me to front checkout to explain my order and while we waited and lines backed up, she assisted in checking out others,with her eye on me, in wait. It was a great shopping experience, due to Lauras capabilities to multi task and to remain focused and pleasant to all she encountered on a very busy day. I usually go to Oakland home depot, but because of Laura professionalism I will return to the Hayward store and seek her out.

I visited to purchase a lawn mower. All of the associates were helpful and kind. It was clean and all isles were labeled. If I was on an isle and an associate walked by each of them offered to help me find something.

As a new home owner in San Leandro I was excited to see so many things in the Garden Center in February. (I moved from Denver) I found roses and Lilac trees. I noticed that even though it was very busy, how clean and neat the store was kept. The service of the associates was friendly and thorough.

I observe this location to be clean safe and organized, it is one of the best Home Depot's that I have had the pleasure of shopping in . I would also like to take the time out to point out one of their outstanding employee, her name is sparkle she was extremely helpful went out of her way to show me and help me find exactly what I needed and in the process she was able to recommend and sell me additional items . She appeared to be extremely knowledgeable and polite as well as professional.

something has changed! during previous visits I have often found it hard to find someone to help me. However during my last two visits this week, I have found Associates to be available, friendly and most helpful.

I had an overall good experience when I went to this Home Depot and plan to return. I just purchased my first home and have found myself here often getting the supplies I need to renovate my home. There has been ample help from store associates each and every time that I have gone in, and check out was a pleasure with the personal at the registers. The only comment I would leave that was not up to par, was the clutter in the isles at the back of the store where all the store items, and counter tops were stored. There was numerous full carts of items that I had to move in order to even get to the items I wanted. Not a huge pain, but an inconvenience I would rather not have to deal with again.

I am a single woman without any home maintenance experience. Every problem I have at home is solved by the Home Depot. Recently I needed pantry door lock replacement. Store associate patiently explained to me difference between locks, models and manufacturers; he helped me select lock which was best for my needs. The other associate stopped me on my way to cash register offering help. Service is excellent.

Not only did Luis Navarro answer my questions about the Kwikset Smartkey door entry system, but he reset the lock to my home key while showing me how. Kudos to you, Luis. Congrats for the great service Hayward Home Depot!!!!!!!

It was a good experience , I ask an associate where to find what i was looking for and I was out in no time, I always like home Depot for all my small projects at home for painting, flooring, anything that I need for the house Home Depot is the place for me, Thank you Home Depot Guys!

Even though it is New Years Eve day and the store was busy… both associates Louis and Lawndale gave outstanding over the top service today. They both should be commended for their friendliness and helpfulness. Because they were respectful, knowledgeable and friendly my faith in shopping at Home Depot has been restored. Thank you.

I have used Home Depot for over 25 years when ever I had a DIY project. I have even used it, by walking the aisles, for new & innovative ways to do things & for project ideas. It has been very helpful to me regarding my needs. At times my "toy store", so much so that my kids hated it, because I would be in there so long they would become totally bored. My daughter, when she was 3yrs old, not knowing how to read, would recognize Home Depot sign & upon seeing it would yell out in exasperation "Oh no, not Home Depot!!". She knew if we went in there I would be alot longer than she wanted me to be, as I checked out all kinds of stuff. Course I would take them to a real toy store afterwards. I love doing projects & Home Depot has been there helping me to do one of the things I love best.

This Home Depot had great team members that helped me find availability of what I needed and purchase it. On other occasions the members helped me other product issues and helping solve the issues or find other products that were better. Great Store !

As new home owners in Hayward we are having so much fun building, designing and decorating our new home. Thanks to The Home Depot I now have an impressive set of power tools to do the job. No end to the things you can do to improve your home. Love it!

I had a question about a step ladder that I was considering to buy. An associate close by was able to assist and answer my questions. Very helpful!

Our overall experience in Home Depot is extremely great. Aside from having good customer service, the choices are good too with the right price.

Clean and organized store. Friendly staff and always able to find product I am looking for. If product out of stock, staff is able to refer to another location or advise when they expect the product to be in stock again. Associates are pleasant but Brittany in Blinds & Flooring Dept is great. Very helpful and welcoming.

The store associate was readily available in the flooring department. She said i could exchange my choice if I wasn't satisfied when I saw how my rug runner at home. She offered to carry my rug runner to the checkout which she did. The cashier was readily available and I checked out very quickly.

I am always comfortable shopping at Home Depot! I am confident that I will find what I need and any help required. The store associates are always knowledgeable and friendly. My entire family has shopped at Home Depot for many years and have consistently been able to find all products readily, Thank you to all associates.
