Always satisfied with products and custmer service

I stopped quick while my wife was at another store. By asking an employee where the few things I stopped for she directed me exactly where I needed to go to find what I needed. This saved me an amazing amount of time. Probably not what corporate would want but it definitely will bring me back.

Love the washer, so excited. The two people helping were Ally in the appliance area, very knowledgeable and Lori at customer service putting the order together with previous day order. Could not be more happy. Exceptional service! An Kyle delivering the washer - very nice and professional young man - knows what he is doing. Thank you all!

I worked with Janice at the Prodesk and she is by far the best rep I have ever worked with. I do business in two states at multiple different in and no one comes close to what she can do. She is on it. Orders are handle quickly and efficiently, she checks in to make sure jobs are running smoothly and orders are on time, she alerts me to sales and deals I might be intrested in. I wish there was more of her at other Home Depots and other companies she is that good. If you are a contractor in Helena go see Janice. You won’t regret it. It will make every single job and ordering experience so much easier. Big thank you to Janice!

Purchased new entry door. Called ahead of time to make sure it was in stock. Pro Employees checked for me and replied back that the product was in stock. Picked up door, new screen door and handle. Everything that I wanted the store had. Thank You

The Home Depot is short of staff but everyone else is the same. The staff that is there is trying to give you that best service that they can. So, be patient because The Home Depot is a great place to shop.

I traveled to buy doors for my house. Paid 40 bucks to have them measured. 5 days later I get a call informing me that you dont do doors in my area. If I want my refund I have to go back to the store. Just a bummer deal from the get go.

Staff was very helpful when I had no idea what I was doing. I have never made an order like this before and Sean (Shawn) walked me through everything. The delivery driver was also great Highly recommend the Helena store. Can’t say the same with the Missoula store. Talked to two ladies that had no interest in helping me.

I order mega tools and supplies from HD. I’ve spent a small fortune on tools and various other things. I could probably build a house from the bottom-up.

I just want to thank the kind employee who saw a confused look on my face and immediately asked if I needed help. I was in on 22 July 2025, and at a complete loss as to where to find picture hanging materials. A very nice lady took me to the appropriate aisle, and even took a few minutes to explain each option. So appreciative!

Great customer service, I ordered online since the product was not in the store. Very helpful. My difficulty is that the item has not yet been delivered and after I called the 800 number, they were not able to tell me where the package was or when it would be delivered. That is disappointing.

Purchasing large order of lumber. Tiffani at the customer service desk was incredibly effective handling and coordinating my order.

I purchased a refrigerator that had scratches on the door - the woman in appliances today was awesome and had a new refrigerator delivered within a couple hours. Awesome customer service - thank you

My last visit was over the phone and the gentleman that I spoke with was very helpful.

I think it is harder and harder to find floor people who actually know about the products I was lucky to find one that did.

I was helped by friendly and knowledgeable personnel. It is usually fairly ease to find help in the store and most are pretty good at knowing where things are, and something about the products.

Every staff member was friendly and willing to assist with my needs. I felt very welcome. Great place to shop!

I love this store. My 19 y/o grandson worked at this Home Depot and was killed in a car accident. This store recruited associates from other stores so these employees could go to his funeral and support our family. Forever grateful.

Overall, the store is very well kept and very clean. The staff are knowledgeable and help when they are needed. They keep things professional at all times. They ask follow up questions when needed to better understand your needs and to help you find the products that you might also need for whatever project you are working on.

We spent quite a bit of time looking for some one to assist us. We finally went out of the department we were shopping in to get assistance.

Made an online order for next day delivery. They called to say delivery truck is broke down and would he a couple days. Agreed to Sat March 29th delivery. On Sunday arrived home and no delivery was made and NO communication. When we called to find out about the order the customer service said the notes said they called customer and asked customer to pick up. We were never called or communicated with. The Helena Home Depot needs better communication and management.

I have already sent an email to the Helena store management commending Trish for her outstanding customer service. She went above and beyond to help me not only with my purchase but redeeming credits and applying for a Pro Account. It was a very pleasant experience.

Just purchased on 01/18/2025 Haven’t used it yet. I have several Dewalt products. They always perform.

I was completely lost trying to find an affordable, stainless steel, freezer on the bottom appliance that would fit my space. Enter the most helpful employee. I now have a new refrigerator that I love!

Service desk staff freely talked about a customer who had called for help. Rather concerning for that customer. I hope they get their issue resolved.

The associate explained in detail how to install the faucet. Very helpful.

When we got home with our air conditioner we found we ordered the wrong one. Rebecca was very helpful with our return and helped us get the correct one ordered.
