Baby you.....you got what I Neeeeeeed!

This was a great experience!! We got a super good deal on flooring thanks to Allie! She went above & beyond to help us many times at this location & she is always so friendly! When we received paint, the lady at the desk (I didn’t catch her name ) was so helpful in helping us with the paint & explained the different types, she was very honest in her opinion on the quality of paints, which I loved. I don’t like to waste money on things, especially if people knows it’s not good quality. The guys who helped, Joe & other guys, load our flooring & more very heavy building materials, we so helpful to my boyfriend & helped him fit it all on the trailer!! This guy even seemed like a professional fork lift driver!! We absolutely loved this whole experience! Thank you to the Home Depot employees that helped us today!

I love my trips to Home Depot, although they have been limited by the C19 virus. I always feel good after I have been there.

The store was clean but low and out of stock on some lumber, some of the employees not very bright and knowledgeable with the store not all just some

Would give excellent if mask wearing was done properly by employees.

Lyndsey was so great and helpful and I just loved her energy. Store was nice and clean and we found everything we needed.

Lee in millworks was great n helpful 10 star's for Lee,had to return shortly after cause I had no hardware,I was treated by Darla right away explained the problem n she was taking care of the problem for me until another employee stepped in n made thing from good to very bad,glenn was so rude n load Darla walked away from me telling me she was sorry,Glenn made me from being in a good moud to a very bad day,have not decided yet if I'll shop at your store again,I give Darla all the stare in the universe thanks Darla,I give Glenn ZERO star's he was very unpleasant

Found the products, but 1 was sold from under us. Still have received 1 item from order. Had to go and find an employee for assistance. The cashier (Nancy) that entered the order needs to pay attention to her job and not chit chat for so long. Store was clean but they do not provide cart sanitizer, gloves or masks.

This store always has very helpful Associates. That is why we shop here.

Mike McCurry at the Pro Desk goes above and beyond what I would expect of an employee. He greats me by name and lets me know how to save $$ when purchasing the items I need.

I wish more customers wore masks. All store employers had masks. I shop at Home Depot first whenever I need anything. Home Depot spends time making you feel welcome and that's important to me

In general I believe the staff at Home Depot could teach other businesses how to do customer service. They help you find items, explain how things work, look up details or information they don't know and find others to help if a different experience and knowledge is needed.

Because Home Depot has qualified employees that can answer questions about specific topics--like Plumbing. I was helped by Shane from Plumbing and HE IS AMAZING!!! This is why I go to Home Depot, because you have skilled employees that can "talk the talk" and "walk the walk". Shane is just that kind of guy!! I ask when he is working so I will know when to go to Home Depot for help.

With all the current uncertainty, I was pleasantly surprised at how helpful, solution-oriented and friendly the associates at the Helena store were to me. With a deadline to get a chest freezer for our family, while my wife is in the NICU with our 4th child, an associate went above and beyond to connect me to what I needed when the shelves were bare. This was a huge gift! Thank you for taking the time to help me!

Did not receive the assistance that was needed. Was ignored.

No masks! The HD staff are not wearing masks! How in this day and age could that be the case? I am not going back to the store until this is resolved. I asked a staff person why they weren't wearing protective masks and was told "We are not required to." Good grief! The masks are designed to stop the spread of the virus to other people, not just to protect the worker. I am shocked and saddened by this as it also effects the health of the HD workers in addition to the customers. Please resolve this! P.S. I was in the dang store to buy supplies to make masks, by the way.

Over the past 2 weeks we have visited many times. We are updating many things on our house to prepare to sell, including building a new deck. We just want to give a huge shout-out to Shannon in lumbar, Painter Bob, and Miya at checkout. These 3 employees are incredible!

If you're having an issue in a department at the Helena MT store go see Doris at the Service Counter. She is knowledgeable, and answers questions that other employees either refuse to answer or don't know. "Gosh we can't do that" turned into "Yes, it can be done". My request was reasonable as we understand that some customers want ridiculous deals that simply cannot be done. Mine involved purchase of an appliance set.

The employees are so helpful and kind! I went in all stressed trying to replace my fridge that just went out and Jackie in appliances was so kind and helpful and the manager was also amazing. I was able to buy a fridge and they were able to get it delivered the next day!

Always a great experience when we shop at this store. Always our first place to go when needing a hardware store and more.

I will always show loyalty to Home Depot knowing how management treated a part time employee at a time of crisis in their lives. They were helpful physically, emotionally and monetarily to new part time employee who lost her husband suddenly and tragically. I know of no other large organization that supplies such support has the Helena Home Depot.

Very clean, products in stock and customer service from the few that give it are awesome!!

We recently did a bathroom remodel and found the staff at Home Depot outstanding. They were available when and where I needed them. They did whatever I needed to make me happy. We had a mirror that we ordered online. It had a paint bubble issue. I took it in and Bob in the paint department sanded it down and repainted for me. I was blown away! All the staff from shipping to cashiers, plumbing, tiling and wood products were terrific. What a delight! Thank you! Errine, Syerra, Donnie, Shannon you Rock! But there were so many, we will be back! Love Love my new Bathroom!

Knowledgeable employees always greet me, ask what I need and help me find it. Janice was very kind both visits, when I asked questions; she helped me place an order for the items that were not in the store. Some of my order was in and Kelly, who has always been a very helpful, friendly employee, let me know that the boxes for my order were pretty beat up, so if anything was damaged, I would have 90 days to return it. He was also very nice and helped me put the heavy gates into my car.

The staff was extremely helpful. The gentleman at the pro desk we’re just that, they are Pros He guided me directly to my items. All the way to Kendra the cashier she was friendly and very kind. Even during the busy holiday season the place was clean and stocked. Thanks for being there when I needed you.

Always friendly and helpful

The staff are always eager and helpful. The store is always clean. Sometimes the store displays are a bit confusing to the consumer and even the staff. Purchased a tool kit and on the sign advertising said kit was an offer for a free battery. Checked out and was billed $169 for a free battery because I purchased the wrong kit... But they were on the same poster/sign. Even the employees were confused. I do not blame the store for this, I blame Home Depot's marketing department.

I was able to find the items I was looking for at a fair price and the store was very tidy and the employees friendly
