It was great how helpful the folks were in loading up our purchases!

the cashier was very accomadating and the associates were quick in helping me find my items. I was in and out of the store in no time at all due to the helpful staff. I also like the fact that they have small electronic appliances and small cooking items for sale in the store.

Was looking for "D hooks". They were easy to find and had several in stock.

Home depot is always a good visit. Products are easy to find and employees are very helpful.

The staff in the Appliance Department and Front End staff were very friendly and extremely helpful in making my purchase of a new refrigerator.

We are fixing up a rental property and needed all new kitchen appliances. After visiting the competitors store for there advertised Black Friday sales we realized the product knowledge and service at Home Depot was far superior to the competitor. We were greeted with a helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly associate that listened to our needs and helped us pick the best refrigerator, dishwasher, oven/stovetop and microwave within our budget with the best Black Friday sales specials, saving us money. I recommend seeing Scott at Helena's Home Depot for your appliance needs.

I went to this store to purchase an extension ladder. When I found the one I wanted, a 28' aluminum extension ladder, I thought I had better ask for assistance getting and loading the ladder since it was pretty long and somewhat heavy for just myself. I went to a casher and when I asked him where I could find help, he pointed to a lumber cart and said I could use that. He was completely unhelpful and uninterested in making sure I had even a mediocre shopping experience. If I hadn't been pressed for time, I would have found another store at which to purchase the extension ladder. As it was, I had no choice but to purchase my ladder at this store. Bummer.

Great to work with even though what we wanted was not in so they found an order that was not picked up and it was almost exactly what we wanted and we got it for the sale price. Nice people

No one around to help answer questions. When I did find someone I had to flag him down. He said that wasn't his department and pointed to where I needed to go and then left. Found the product, but then no one was around to assist me to get it off the upper shelve. The one person who happened to walk by said the person in the know was not around right now and didn't offer to help. So I left.

Brian in flooring and Kelly in customer service went out of their way to help us with anything we needed. We also had no trouble finding everything we needed.

Tonights visit was awesome due to the great prices after checking a competitor store. Most of all the employees were very sharp, very helpful, and very very nice.

Store associate helped me find what I needed. The item was what I was looking for, priced right and I was able to complete my trip efficiently and get back to work promptly. Great experience

The items I needed were easy to find with easy to see signs marking the locations. Prices are clearly posted. Plenty of options on how to get oversized and or heavy items out and into the truck. Associates are always friendly and happy to help.

I was able to get in and find what I wanted easily and quickly. I even looked around for some wish-list items and was out in 20 minutes. I like a store where when I know what I need, I can go in, pick it up, and get out without any hassle.

As a contractor it is difficult dealing with Home Depot and deliveries etc.So therefore most of my buying is elsewhere. But when needed Mike McCurry at the pro desk does a wonderful job with his assistance in helping with any needs I may have. He truly is a great asset to the Helena Home Depot!

Great store to visit I'm there 3 to 4 times a day and everyone from the Manager to the store associates are very friendly and helpful always a pleasure.

I am always greeted as soon as I walk in the door and asked if I need help finding anything. There always seems to be plenty of associates running around willing to help with any questions or concerns.

First of all, the store is set up very orderly, the staff is also very helpful, it is like they can read your mind or pick up on the "confused" look on a persons face. I never even had to ask for someone to help me, they could just tell. I like shopping the Helena home depot store, I plan to keep doing it. Thanks home depot!

Good customer service... We go often for all are needs.. Here and Huntington Beach.. Everyone we no love going too Homedepot for every need !!

The products were easy to find. I was shopping for an anti-fatigue mat for a standing workstation. The mats were dusty/dirty though (actually appeared used) and none in the stack had a price sticker on them. So I had to find and ask an associate to write down whatever was needed for the checkout associate to be able to ring it up. Associates were friendly and helpful, but the product and the labeling could have used some attention.

I would like to commend the female associate in the paint department yesterday. I'm just sorry I didn't get her name but I was at Home Depot between 10:30 and 10:55 a.m. She was very knowledgeable and helpful and quick!

I have shopped in a lot of Home Depot's in several different states. This store is by far the best I have shopped. The store is always clean. The associates are extremely friendly and seem to be everywhere especially when you need help. My wife and I are in the middle of remodeling our home and will definitely be spending a lot of time at this store. Thank you Helena Home Depot!
