I so love shopping at Home Depot! Their selections are always outstanding and well-stocked, and their employees are just so friendly and helpful. If they don't know the answer to your question, they enlist the advice of a more experienced associate. Their training program must be excellent, because their associates seem to know just where everything is and always find the answer to your questions. Home Depot - you ROCK!

I love the DIH and Saturday and Kids Workshops! Cheryl, Shari and Kelly are the best! They always have supplies & tools ready, as well as some surprises for us. They are patient & so helpful & fun. I gain confident because of the classes, which in turn means I purchase products while at the store & supplies for projects later on. Please keep up the classes! We also love the Halloween Parties! All employees put a lot of time and effort into them and our whole family appreciates that!

Clean store, good service, lots of products

Our store is always well staffed with really kind and knowledgeable staff. We get help when we need it and are not over-burdened with staff having to sell products we don't need. This is so important to our shopping experience. We also shop at this Home Depot all the time because the store always has what we need (and more of what we want!).

Moved into Helena this 2018 year and this Home Depot has maDr the adjustment much more pleasant. We have to buy things for our place and this team makes every visit a hit! Thank you!!

Almost every employee in this store I have come across - every time we have been there - is very attentive and relays the message just by body language that they enjoy being there and it is more than just a job. The store is always very clean and neat. You never have to wonder where things are because the staff there is quick to guide you to exactly where you need to go to find your item.

BEst store in town! not just great product, but the best custom service around- if the person who greets you doesn't have an answer they will get you to the person who does. Need help figuring something out- ask and especially Dave in Hardware- he's the "Go-to guy" for know how and willingness to help! everyone is kind and willing to be of service- a blessing particularly in todays world

This store has improved immensely from when it 1st opened. We are greeted, asked if we need assistance, and helped. The DO-IT-HERSELF class is great! The kids class is great too. We loved the Halloween Party they did each year.

I have shopped at Home Depot’s (and other diy stores) across the country and find the Helena, MT store to consistently show extraordinary customer service.

We have been remodeling for over a year and make several trips a week into the Helena Home Depot. All th staff has been extremely helpful and friendly. We feel like we are their favorite and most important customers! Very few mixups or less than ideal purchases, BUT when there was ther was always great effort to make it right.

Even though slightly smaller than some other Home Depots, the service is great, the store is clean and the shelves are stocked. I have not experienced them to be out of a item if it is normally stocked.
