They are very helpful. Everyone is nice and they're not rude I would definitely go back to the Home Depot.

Store has great potential, but seems to lack staff and passion. Seasonal stock crew often gather in groups that block access to displays. Checkers, of which there are too few, seem to work at reduced speed. They mean well with their chatter, but are just slow. In areas like irrigation parts or hardware items, be very aware of what you pull from the bin. The item may belong in a different bin! I learned my lesson and had to make a second trip... which in my case takes requires enough time to ruin a whole day's work. Associates are friendly and helpful...when you can locate one.

Very good customer service

Always have had very good experiences! I get help when I ask and even when I don't. Checkout is fairly quick. Rarely do I have to wait a long time. Staff is friendly. All in all I have no problem driving to the opposite side of the city...it's worth it for me!

I am a frequent shopper and always pleasant experience friendly and very appreciative of military, means a lot to me that they support military with discounts but most of all compassion with comments such as thank you for your service or even personal stores of family vets. Great store

The employees are always helpful and offer to help as I am disabled. They have what I want and usually for a better price.

The manager at the time named Lucille was very rude I asked for help, and she told me I can get a cart and do it myself.

The employees at this Home Depot are extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. It is very well stocked and I’ve never left without buying the things I needed. Right now the store has a wide variety of holiday items at good prices. Overall, this is a great place to shop.

I shop here almost daily for my company.......Went to exchange an item I purchased a couple of days ago and went to the returns area, one assistant attempted to help me, I went and got the item to be exchanged and the same assistant told another "Valerie" to assist me so I wouldn't have to re-wait in line, she was ignored. When I got back to a cashier I then told them what I was doing and she began writing up a credit....I didn't want a credit, I explained again what I was doing and she couldn't figure out how to assist me, so "Valerie" tried and when I tried to explain to her what the situation was she said " I don't know what your problem is, Im trying to help" Wow really! If I had an employee who spoke to one of my clients she/he would be fired on the spot! Terrible customer service. She should be demoted or fired. I am sure I am not the only one she has been rude to. Come on #6637 step it up a notch.

Home Depot in Hemet rocks! I go there often and find what I need quickly and the check-outs are speedy, too! :) The store is sooooo clean, the aisles are clutter-free. The Associates are always available if I need assistance. The Associates seem very happy to work there, too!
