The people I had contact with were helpful and very pleasant...including the rather ucky task of loading landscape blocks into my car. They are rather heavy (25 lbs. each) and dirty and I appreciated the assistance greatly.

I like Home Depot and the Hendersonville store is very clean and the staff are very helpful. I have been to similar stores but i find the Home Depot folks are better informed.

Was going to order item on website, but was posted that exact item was available at store now. Employees in lighting section very helpful. We were buying ceiling light fixtures and not sure of size. They gave good details on base size and also medallions which I knew nothing about. Bought wood lattice and cashier noted defect in wood and got employee in lumber to replace it at checkout counter. Everyone exceptionally nice and helpful. Great shopping experience and got everything I needed in a few minutes. Will definitely return for my home care projects.

I usually go to Lowe's but wasn't having any luck with them. I decided to drive a little further to Home Depot. I was so excited leaving. I got more than I expected and at a better price. My visit to Lowe's the day before had me feeling frustrated and irritated but now I am back on track with my projects. I was extremely happy in my visit to Home Depot and will be back soon when I start my other projects. The lumber department was not the best experience but plumbing and flooring more than made up for that by offering more items to choose from and friendly associates that were willing to assist.

The lady at customer service was excellent help me buy a ride lawn mower which you didn't have in stock but found one at another store had it transfer to the Hendersonville store for me her name was Judy jms2817 lovely lady thank you!

I came to the store with no idea of the kind of light bulb I needed. JR was patient enough to help me. Asking details about the fixtures and the characteristics of the light bulb I already had at home. He found the right ones I needed and always with the best disposition! Thanks JR!

This store in Hendersonville, TN is always clean. On this visit I was impressed with the upbeat attitudes of all the store associates that i came in contact with. This is a well stocked place to shop for your home project needs.

The paint dept. Was great today very helpful. They were so busy but helped everyone while I was there in a timely manner. They were very friendly as well. What a great team they were. I think Tracie was one of the ladies names and I can't remember the other ladies name but were both friendly and helpful.

Products are always available. associates are helpful and friendly.

I was just returning something but I was in and out quickly. Love shopping here.

This Home Depot is consistently clean, well laid out, and easy to fine everytjhing for our home projects. The associates are knowledgeable and more always helpful with any questions we may have.

I have an old home (1965) and we are remodeling. I wanted to keep some unique faucets in the bathroom, but they need some maintenance. Home Depot did not have the parts I needed but the associate offered up a plumbing supply store that may. It was very refreshing that all he wanted to do was help.

Scott was so helpful and went above and beyond! I went in with some questions and came out with every need met! He even helped me install some stuff myself and gave me all the tools I needed! The other associates here were very friendly as well!! I came out feeling very satisfied with my visit and would recommend this to anyone! I didn't feel nervous to ask questions that seemed dumb to me and that made the trip so much better!

I surprised how quickly and easy making my return.

The customer service in this store is great. The service desk helped me with getting installation set up on my new dishwasher, and when I thought there was a problem with the installation, they sent someone out personally to check on it. Turns out it only needed a little adjustment. I m happy with the product, and happy with the follow through.

The employees are always very nice and helpful. They also have the best paint department around. Thanks for always doing an excellent job by keeping the store clean and loving on your customers.

I went in today to return some items that I did not need and to look for mini-blinds. I found the mini-blinds I needed at a great price and the checkout lady was so nice. I will definitely go back.

I am visiting some relatives who needed work done in the garden, so I went to the Hendersonville Home Depot. The cashier, Martin, pointed me to the sttakes and then rang me up. He was friendly, fast and made me laugh. I was still chuckling when I arrived back at the house and went in to take the survey immediately. Five grand on a Home Depot card wouldn't hurt either.

I love the Ryobi products and love shopping at this store.

The Hendersonville Home Depot is our favorite. The store is clean and organized. The associates are always eager to assist us.

I liked the light fixtures, but you do not keep enough in stock or you don't reorder item often enough or in the quantity needed.

Outstanding customer service thanks to Chad Inman! I needed a 10ft PVC pipe cut into 3 1/2" sections. The first associate I asked said he'd cut the pipe in half in order for me to get it into my car. Then I asked Chad and he was more than willing to cut the PVC for me. I truly appreciated his positive, helpful attitude!!!

Everything was clean and easy to find. I am a very happy shopper.

Lots of help, people were friendly and went out of their way to help.

My husband had never tiled anything, but the store manager, Scott Jackie, took the time to explain, help us pick the right materials, and answer a million questions we had. Thanks to him, our job was completed without too many obstacles. We are in the store at least once and sometimes more times per week to get something. Each time we ask for help or directions the staff is always willing to answer questions or help us find what we need.

Associates are full of smiles and ask if you need help? Or how can they help you find something? On my case it was a water heater, so the associate asked Height/Width, told us how warranty works and the quality of this particular brand that I bought.

The outdoor section was very organized and everything was easy to find. The associates are always willing to help!
