I am allways met by friendly staff as soon as walk in. And they all are very helpful in getting your project done right by helping find everything you will need. Thank you to all the employees great job.

This is a great and very comforting store and walking around was enjoyable.

2 employees greeted us. A third walked us back to the very last isle way over in the corner of the store. Charles helped us chose shelving, then went and got a flat cart and put this huge box o'shelving on it. At the register the family ahead of us were having issues so another employee took us over to the contractor register & checked us out. Then a different employee, David, took this huge box out to our car and loaded it into the back seat for us. Great store! Truly Awesome employees!!

Nobody around the paint desk at 8 am. Bought 2 gallons of paint and primer, and nobody to shake the cans, give me a stir stick or a can opener..spent $42 on paint..at least have the stir sticks and openers available if you're good to make it a self service paint Dept!

Really did not have a good experience at this store. I have been to other Home Depot stores in the past and never had this kind of experience. Poor attitudes from associates. Most didn't know a thing about hardware.

When looking for a special item employees go out of their way to make sure to get to that item. I get fast, friendly service everytime I enter the store. If an item is not in stock the front desk will go out of their way to make sure you get the item as quickly as possible. Absolutely great service.

Darlene in dehumidifiers was so kind & googled the difference between models as we did not know which ones were better than the other. Bob J. at the checkout was fun, polite & everyone else we ran into was helpful. We purchased different items & we were helped by others in all the departments we visited. Good customer service is rare these days, thank you to the Hermitage employees for all their help!

The male and female in contracting were great to deal with. Made sure I got the right stuff for what I'm doing and were super friendly and joking! It's great to have people you can talk to and joke with..

Associate John Shelby was super helpful helping my husband and I restore an antique tree color wheel. It had arrived broken and John went from department to department helping us find the parts, tools and materials needed to repair the color wheel. He even helped us use the tools for the correct angles of the stand. He spent almost an hour with us! What a great experience!!

Friendly employees, a great place to shop for home employees! My husband loves that they honor their veterans with a discount too!

We needed an new overhead microwave range and decided to stop in on a Sunday. I usually go over to Lowe's but I thought I would get this location a try. I was really impressed by the whole experience. I was greeted with hellos and smiles from every employee that I came across while heading to appliances. No less that 4 asked if I needed help. That has never happened to me when visiting the competitor. You are lucky to chase one down to get help finding something or get a question answered. When we got to the appliances sections the staff was super friendly and very helpful. They answered all our questions, informed us about all the promotions to help make the decision a lot easier. Checkout was quick and easy. All around, it was the best experience I have had at a home improvement store. I definitely will be visiting this Home Depot location a lot more.

Chose to go to Hermitage store instead of Niles store since I had shopping to do by it and the husband called and need 15 more gallons of Primer. What I needed they had one on the floor. Waited forever for help. Told they had 8 more. Never found them and ended up spending 60.00 more above my budget.

Today I received great customer service from Jim in appliances as he made my shopping experience so easy!!!

I would shop in store for items I need but would go elsewhere for Gardening needs

After being disappointed over the past 2 years at this store, We mainly shop at Lowe's at least every mo. But thought we would give Home Depot another shot to see what they had. Home Depot used to be our favorite store. But now they have fewer selections, higher prices, less helpful people, no veteran's discount; that is the brand in general. This store had very few things to choose from, got very little help from employees, and the cashier had us bag our own items. Instead of scanning an item putting it in a bag and going to the next, he picked up the item or turned it, scanned it, put it back in the cart, after totaling the bill, taking payment he then said "Here are some bags if you want to bag you stuff, then walked away. We had around 22 items.

I had to replace a storm door and I love Home Depot. I was able to look at the products and talk to staff prior to ordering online. Pickup was easy and convenient. I would have liked the product to be delivered but this option was unavailable for the product I purchased. I also love the low installation fee to install things. I am not a handyman and am horrible at putting things together. I feel Home Depot does a thorough job, are friendly, helpful and the staff are knowledgeable when it comes to the products they supply and the questions that you may have.

Outdoor bricks, stones to far from Check-out. These items are heavy and carts loaded are tough to push. Had to ask cashier to get me help.
