It was easy to install and does what I expected.

Great store but limited availability of products compared to Ohio stores

I needed some plumbing supplies and received fantastic assistance from Bo (I believe that was his name). I had my husband on a video call and we were able to get exactly what we needed for our camp. I also needed a lawn mower. CJ and Tom went above and beyond as well - they were friendly and helped me wheel the lawnmower through check out, and Tom helped me get it into my truck. It's not everyday that you get friendly and helpful customer service - it was a nice change and much appreciated. Thank you all!

I had just recently purchased an electric range and it was a very satisfactory experience! I will definitely continue to do all my home purchases at Home Depot!

Mulch was a great bargain, When we went to load our trailer our tire had gone flat. Tom in the garden center went over and above and helped us pump up the tire,he was so very kind and helpful. Thanks Tom!!!!!

I bought 35 bags of mulch. The associates were super nice and professional despite how hard they worked loading it in my truck. I think they deserve a raise

While shopping at Home Depot in Hermitage yesterday, we had the BEST customer service we have ever experienced at any store. Kuddos to Payden & Nick for their top-notch service!

Everything I purchase at Home Depot is of the highest quality. If in a rare situation, I have a problem with something I've purchased, the service department is quick to resolve any issues. You can be sure to get friendly service, high quality merchandise, and always willing to go above and beyond

I always find what I need in the Home Depot in Hermitage PA. Alexandria, cashier, and other staff are always available and helpful

It is wonderful that the stores allows well behaved pets to accompany their owners.

the way the store is set up the pvc drains are not in plumbing fittings cement blocks are by insulation not mortar or concrete isles are too narrow for carts and display's check outs are not set up to get 16 ft lumber through most are not set up for lumber carts parking lot is not user friendly dividers and trees in pro spots makes it hard to load or pull a trailer have to zig zag carts at all check outs they close the 2 more accessible check outs first you got rid of the family bathroom

I had an issue with this store a couple of weeks ago, but needed more material to complete it that none of the other stores had. I contacted the Assistant Manager, Payden, who was just terrific in resolving the issue I had and making sure I was satisfied with both the products and services I purchased today. I was totally impressed with this young woman and encourage HD to get more people like her. She's terrific.

EMPLOYEES UNHELPFUL, LAZY, UNFRIENDLY AND IGNORANT OF THEIR OWN STORE PRODUCTS AND POLICIES

I was looking for some flowers for my garden and found exactly what I was looking for and the price was fantastic--happy I stopped here after being somewhat disappointed by a nearby store's products and prices.

My wife and I love this store! The employees are always so helpful and friendly, whether it's on the phone or at the store when you come in to get what you checked on by phone.

The store is clean and anything that I went into the store to find - I always have a good chance of finding it. I'm pleased with the service that I receive from the store staff and friendliness of the store employees. Everybody helps me when I'm in the store.

I enjoy shopping at this Home Depot. The employees are always cordial and helpful. Items are easy to locate, usually in stock and the pricing is very competitive. Very nice store.

For the most part everyone is friendly and most can help you. The one thing I do not like is that isles are closed for restocking or whatever.This should be done in the latter part of the evening. Its inconvienent to have to wait to get maybe one item.

I did find the product I was looking for very easily. I was unable to get the assistance I had asked for. I was very disappointed how I was treated in the store. The store was clean as always. The associates were not friendly nor helpful.

I have a way more pleasant experience at this store than the other Home Depot locations. And definitely better than other home improvement stores. The workers are nicer and actually help. And you can find them when needed.
