Bought new hot water tank, very pleased

Not a bad store, usually have what I'm looking for. Haven't had any issues with staff recently. Seems like they have a change of pace with last 6 months. Only thing would make it better is if I ask a question the phone didn't come out. I can do that on my own. Know your store, gives off "just for a paycheck" vibe. App is easier to find things. Why have a self check out if you have cashiers to do it for you.

I went to Home Depot to buy a hot water heater and Wayne help me with the purchase and other things I needed to do the install of the new heater and this wasn’t even his department. Wayne was very helpful and knowledgeable of the different departments that I had to go to for the different parts I needed.

I have a large Halloween display that I out on for our small community. Home Depot is spot on with their Halloween displays but I wish this store got more of the sought after items. They have improved from previous years( a whole 3 bays!!!) Employees are great and know us on sight. I frequent this store for all my big appliances as well. I always get a good deal

I had an online order that wasn’t fulfilled correctly due to an issue with HD website. I spoke with several people in store and over the phone and Assistant Manager Kim was very helpful and empathetic to my situation and got me the items in my order. I am highly satisfied with the customer service and professionalism of Assistant Manager Kim and will continue to do business with this location.

Inflation is so intense. You need to stop the delivery fee of 29. It's enough we have to pay 50 to take away the old appliance.

It is a nice convenient store with a wide selection and very helpful employees. It is a well run store. I’ve bought many power tools there. Mainly Makita, Ridgid and DeWalt. Hand tools etc. as well and if you purchase lumber, you can pick the boards you want.

Everything I have bought from them has been wonderful except the Gazebo however that wasnt there fault at all it was the company that shipped it and it came from. Worst investment I ever made but that wasnt on home depot it was the vendor.

I would just like to share and give a shout out to all the associates that helped me today with the purchase of my Dewalt planer. I don’t remember the gentleman‘s name that helped me the cashier that helped us with our checkout, very professional and respectful surprise me with a thank you for my service being that I was a military veteran, I will continue to shop Home Depot for every time I do go there. I am greeted with a small and a hello and never have a problem finding help. Keep up exceptional customer service.

My wife and I spend a lot of time at Home Depot and we can honestly say that the employees at the Hermitage Location are exemplary. One several occasions they've gone above and beyond with finding products and checking out therefore creating a more enjoyable shopping experience. Yeah, the products are good but the employees are what keep us coming back to this Home Depot rather than other competitive stores in the area.

Today, I bought almost a thousand pounds of pacer sand and 53 pavers. We had to make 3 trips in our Honda CRV. Kaitlyn was so helpful. We bought sand on our first trip, but I requested that she and her team prepare 53 , 12x12 pavers for us to pickup later. She took care of it immediately. The order was ready, We arrived later was very busy with other customers. Bryan saw our need and checked us out for purchase. Great team. ! You have my business!

I had a price difference with my product . When it was delivered there was asticker on that a 100 dollar price difference. So Icalled the the store and Lisa S. answered the phone... Lisa S. went above and beyond to solve my pricing difference. Lisa S. is very professional and polite with great resluts!! All the employee's there should learn a thing or two from her! Had my own sales concierge when searching for Dewalt cordless nailer, trim and other door remodeling items. Great customer service is the norm for me when I shop at the Hermitage Home Depot on most occasions.

During the pandemic I completely had an older house we had purchased with 90% of the materials and a complete kitchen , bought at Home Depot.

I bought a cabinet for my kitchen. The people were very kind and informative. I also got paint and received the help I needed to pick out the right paint. Bryan, an employee, helped me check out and was very kind.

Sarah at the customer service desk did everything she could do to make sure I left happy. Even when a guy in the tool section said he couldn’t do it because it was on line only. Sarah went out of her way to fix it all and made sure I was happy when I left
