Outdoor bricks, stones to far from Check-out. These items are heavy and carts loaded are tough to push. Had to ask cashier to get me help.

Personnel very helpful and knowledgeable every time I shop.

Overall experience was good. I would still shop there when I need products or supplies. There are some things that need addressed to improve service. Some floor and merchandising practices need attention to enhance the customers experience ... It is more than lumber yard or appliance store... so to make things easier with the different departments merchandising should be reworked to enhance the process... There are ways to achieve this and attract even more customers and increase sales while meeting the customers needs more efficiently.

I commented to my husband that Home Depot stepped up their game and it was quite obvious to us that their customer service was on top of their game. We definitely noticed a difference in overall friendliness, store organization and cleanliness. We really never even compared with anyone else, as we usually compare to Lowes, that's how satisfied we were.

Have been shopping at the Hermitage Home Depot, the associates are very helpful and ask if you need assistance instead of walking by you or telling you that they don't work in the department. There paint department associates are knowledgeable and have great selections.

I'm remodeling a home from the 1870's and it hasn't been touched since the 1970's. So everything has to be replaced from the plumbing, carpet, floor tile, painting, insulation , dry wall, electric you name it, I need it. Plus guess what they got it here. With the best staff always asking me if I need help the one guy even went and got me three carts to put stuff on. How nice. I'll be back to this store for sure.

Very clean and well organized store. The staff was friendly and helpful I asked one of them where this part is at. They took me right to it. and helped me out a lot for other products also.

I was able to order the appliance I wanted and set up convenient delivery.

With a recent bathroom remodel, I have made numerous trips to the plumbing department at the Hermitage Home Depot. Two Store associates in the plumbing dept have stood as being consistently friendly and extremely knowledgeable: Dave and Tom. I have had each of them assist me during separate visits, as I tackled this home improvement project. They both gave solid advice, were friendly and never once made me feel rushed. I will return to this store because of the excellent customer service I received.

I am always impressed with the number of associates available to help and their product knowledge. I have also made returns at this store, and they made it very easy, quick, and painless.

Cheyenne a consultant of the kitchen & bath design department was very helpful and spent all the time necessary to make my purchase. If this a sample of your associate, I will recommend Home Depot to all of my friends. On a previous visit, Dave in the plumbing department spent time explaining his department for my needs and took me around to many other departments describing my future needs for installing a complete kitchen, washer and dryer, and a natural gas high efficiency indoor tankless water heater.

Found what we came for fairly quickly and also purchased some clearance items.

Knowledgeable Plumber on site to help with all pertinent questions. Helpful in all aspects of bathroom remodel. Dave is an asset to the Hermitage Store and the reason I return.

Two of the associates That my wife and I dealt with (Scott and Fay) were very helpful and cheerful.They both possessed professional qualities and seemed to be team players.I wish I was able to work around people with great attitudes like these two.

This store is always stocked with the latest items. The staff is on the ball.

Aisles were cluttered with black friday sales stuff. That was my only complaint. Sales associate Cheyenne was fantastic. Let me go get gift cards at Giant Eagle to get gas credit. Thanks so much for suggesting that. What a gem of a sales person.

I could not find what I was looking for and a associate came to my rescue and was very helpful in finding it and I bought the last one that was in stock so he looked on his hand held computer and said more was due in the store in a day if I needed more.

I am in the Hermitage PA Home Depot a lot. I have gotten to know staff in most every department - Customer Service, Paint, Plumbing, Lumber, Electric, Lawn and Garden and general store staff. I must say that they consistently take care of my needs and make me feel like I chose the right store. Whether for a grill, tractor, light bulbs, wood, pipe or anything else, they hook me up with good people who know what they're talking about. Notable people include Gitch, Scott, Tommy, Mike and so many others. I never get the feeling that they brush me off or make up things to make me happy, as I am a tough (and critical) customer and they know it. As such, we have a great rapport and they always treat me with courtesy, fairness and timeliness. About the only negative ever is that they are often busy and occasionally I have to wait. No problem - they always take care of me one way or another.

I was able to find the shower door wheel rollers that are normally hard to locate. It did however require assistance from a sales clerk. It did take awhile to find one but he did show me where I needed to be.

Cheyenne Yakopec was very helpful and made my visit to the great. Would go back again.

I love home depot products. I would always choose h.d. as my home improvement store.

Scott went out of his way to get me a product. When the product was not available, he made arrangements with Niles Ohio store to pick up the product at their location and bring it in to the store for me to pick up the next morning. He was so helpful and kind. If this is a reflection of the associates of this store, I highly recommend all to shop here. Thanks Scott!!
