I know from experience that the associates in returns sometimes have to deal with difficult situations. Missy (Melissa) was wonderful in understanding the issue and looking (and achieving) resolution. Thank you for turning a not so great Home Depot situation around:-)

(Tall thin guy with mustache and glasses) was extremely helpful with location and verifying compatible materials and tools.

The store is always very clean and organized. The staff have always treated me very well and they are particularly helpful when directing me to what I need on any particular day. I have also found that many of the store employee's know quite a bit about the products they sell and have provided me some useful and helpful advice.

Excellent service from Tom D28 and Heather during my visit. Had trouble finding kiosks or Help buttons in the aisles.

The store was clean I been there many times so I know where is everything is at.

I called 15 minutes before my visit to place an order that I could pick up on the fly. The associate said they would do their best but that they preferred a 2 hour window typically. I arrived at the store, my supplies were there at the door on carts, and when I checked out, the cashier said with a smile, "Oh, those are yours? We've been waiting for you!" Excellent treatment!

the place was nice and clean. the workers can be more helpful but other than that not bad.

I went to ACE Hardware and was completely ignored, I had to hunt one of there employees down and even thou I had called ahead of time and was told that they did have what I was looking for. when I got there they didn't have it in stock. So he called another employee to help me, that one never showed up after 10 minutes I left mad vowing never to return. Today I was at your store I walked in and found a employee helping another customer, and waited my turn. Thirty seconds later he was helping me and I had what I came for, less then 5 minutes total I was out the door with my purchase. Very happy with the excellent service I've received.

The store was well lit, well organized, and the items I needed were easily found. The mower I brought to be fixed was completed in less time than estimated, and the price was extremely reasonable. Thank you so much.

Came in to get a couple items, pull chain screw in socket & suet cakes. Of the 4 associates I encountered all of them either said "Hi" or " Good morning" to me! I didn't any assistance on finding either item since I'm a regular shopper.

I came in for a small purchase for a small project. I asked an associate where to find the items, and he walked me to the correct aisles, and offered great suggestions. I was having a bad day, and his helpfulness, cheerfulness, and general demeanor helped turn my attitude around. Five star experience! Thanks, Jay!
