Item I came in for wasn't in stock, associate helped with opening a line of credit, found that another stote in the area had several. Paid for the item there and drove 12 miles to the store with the item and was ready a short time later. Thnx

Pam is a most knowledgeable sales associate. She seems to have an insight to most products and their store locations. I never have to look for Pam or any sales associate, they are always asking me how they can help. Other home improvement stores CSR's seem 'allergic' to customers. Good for you Hilliard Home Depot.

1. The store associate who helped me purchase rodent smoke bombs was very helpful. I saved money and solved my rodent problem. 2. I had to take my two young children into the restroom and I was very happy at how clean they were. Taking little ones into a public bathroom is never fun, but once I got in there I was no longer nervous about them using the toilets.

I am remodeling our condo and have purchased all of my supplies from Home Depot. The knowledge of the associates is invaluable, especially in the areas of plumbing and electrics. My "but" refers to an occasional quality issue. The hardwood floor that I purchased did have a few boards with a slight warp. I had to invent a way to force the warped board to align with the others. In some extreme cases, I cut the warped boards into shorter pieces to eliminate the warp but then I lost the end-to-end tongue and groove aspect of the board. If I had paid more money for a floor purchased from a flooring specialist, I may have had the same experience. The paint department does a remarkable job matching paint color to a sample card, even going to the trouble of drying the sample paint blotch with a hair dryer to assure that the final dried color will match the color of the sample. I've been shopping Home Depot (buying a the store $50 at a time, I often joke) for 11 years now and have never been disappointed. I even shop Home Depot in other states when I visit friends and family to help them with their projects.

I encountered a VERY rude sales associate who would not help me with the pricing of an item. She told me to look at the sign which I already had and it turns out it WAS wrong after finding someone else to help me.

The store is close to home has good hours and always or nearly always has what I'm looking for. The associates are there if you need them but they don't seem to bug you when you don't really need any help. They had exactly what I was looking for - it was in the same spot as last year - so that made it so easy. I like a store that remains consistent. I don't have a lot of time when I go to a store so knowing where things are really helps. I hope they stick around.

The customer service was good and knowledgeable overall a good experience.

Came in for some lawn and garden things. Found what I needed easily. Some isles were to clogged to get the cart down but other then that was a satisfactory visit.

Visit overall was great. This store has never let me down. Its hard to find someone who knows about everything and in this case it was hard to find someone who could answer my question on a specific deck stain to use. To be expected though, no one knows about everything. Today must have been stocking day as there was a skid in almost every aisle while I was there. Like I said though, I have never had a bad visit here.

This visit was very efficient. I walked in the door and was asked if I needed help. I was pointed toward the correct department and found my items. Then off to the check out where a very friendly person processed my purchases and wished me a good day. All in all- efficient and easy!

Orders new storm doors for our house thought a store associate. They were shipped to the store for pick up. While in we order a new patio table.

I used to shop at the lowes down the street. I could never find anything. None of the associates ever knowledgeable about there products or where they were. I hated hardware stores until I came to this Home Depot!

We were searching for paint for our first home purchase and needed assistance. Carolyn was SO extremely helpful and was not rushed at all. She helped us with everything that we would need to do it ourselves and assisted with colors and accessories that we would need. I couldn't recommend her more and will be back for sure!

I didn't fully appreciate the availability and helpfulness of Home Depot's store associates until I had to go to another home improvement store this past weekend. I needed some assistance in checking to see if an item was in stock (or if it was in stock at another location) and it took me 10 minutes to get the attention of someone to help me. At one point I was starting to calculate what size ruckus would be large enough to get their attention but not so large to get me thrown out (or arrested).

The sales associates were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this store to others. Great shopping experience!

Compared to other home improvement stores it is easier and quicker to shop at Home Depot. I often shop for items to use in a non conventional way to construct a solution to fix or build something for which there is no standard part. Home Depot associates are always helpful when I explain what I am trying to accomplish. They know if what I am looking for is in the store saving me time looking for the non-existent. The associates also offer alternative non-conventional solutions and approaches. Once I was told what I was looking for was not available at Home Depot but that I could find it at (name of store).

The store was very busy during the weekend due to a sale on multiple items, mainly the bags of mulch for $2 a bag. They were out of the of color I wanted but an associate took the time to talk to me and let me know more was on the way and allowed me to purchase some so when the shipment arrived, it could be loaded into my truck. It arrived promptly, the associated helped me load the truck and I was able to get in and out in a timely fashion during all the busy chaos. It was a job well done.

Store was clean and the staff was available to help me with my choices.

Everyone at the store was so upbeat and friendly. The young man at the paint desk who helped me with my order was great; accommodating, helpful and patient.

The garden was organized and easy to find our items.

In every department an associate asked me if I needed help. Also once we were ready to checkout, the cashier who was about to go on break went ahead and checked us out. I didn't find the lamp I was looking for to go on my lamp post, even with the helpful man in the lighting section... but I managed to get a whole slew of spring essentials at a reasonable cost
