Andrew Yslava helped us select our blinds. Our situation is very complicated but Andrew is always so patient, friendly and professional. I can feel he loves his job and helping customers address concerns. He’s the best and hope he can get salary raise or promotion :)

Jake, a Returns Associate in store 1009 provided me with ovwr the top customer service. My failure to provide the correct sales receipt was fixed in minutes with Jake asking a few questions and finding the correct receipt in moments. Mind you, I was told 15 minutes earlier by the first cashier that this receipt was voided. Not offering any solutions, I went home, pulled up my bank statement for that store and that date. Jake, indicated he couldn't use my bank statement but searched and find the receipt that replaced the voided one. This truly is customer service at its best. Jake or Jacob as the refund receipt says, you are da man.

I really love the garden department. Have good plants and helpful staff!

I have gone to many locations of HD in South Bay/ Silicon Valley, but never have experienced such a positive experience until today Oct 12, 2021 at the Hillsdale location. accidentally met with a person name, Damian, one of store service employee who possesses genuinely customer care spirit above and beyond my imagination.

William in Appliances is amazing and knowledgable! Always a delightful man to purchase appliances from.

There are so many awesome people at hillside Home Depot. People in the lot like Ebolio and Deena. Paint guys like Mike. Cashiers - so many like Lividia, Terrie, Marlean. Tons in Garden like Jason B and Roberto R, Reggie Ike and others. Lumber guys like Sean, Sam & Josue and Miko. Super helpful. The front staff at service are always helpful. Terrie has been helping me the longest. Serena and several other service people are great. Christian in hardware has figured out solutions for me. Lots of cashiers are nice like Rachelle. Drew in plumbing. Eboleo & Deena in the lot. Like she has dog biscuits! The guys in paint -Daniel, Greg, Jeff and Mike.

Okami in lumber was super helpful. And Mike and paint he’s always great.

Sam, Sean & Josh in Lumber were so super helpful. I’m building planter boxes for the first time they help me figure out what kind of wood, what quantity, and did the cuts needed. They also help me load my car. There are a lot of great people at this Home Depot. Cashiers, people who work in the lot, garden, service desk, Paint, lighting…. Those Are the areas I have repeat experience with. Oh I forgot I don’t know the name of the section where you find nails and screws and things. But the guys in there have always put up with all my ignorant questions with patience and a lot of help.

Customer service was very friendly and helpful. Store was clean and followed all Covid guidelines and social distancing. Rep Kitchens and Marcos did a really great job opening up a tough key fob, calling another Home Depot store for parts and patiently searching for the right battery and fixed it up professionally.

This store was very neat and orderly. Beautiful garden items outside to welcome you in. Plenty of employees available to assist me or point me in the ight direction to find what I was looking for. I also received friendly advice from Michael Henry in flooring on how to succeed with my project.

Employees are completely ignorant about products they sell. The have no method of getting help from someone who knows the products they sell. Only viable suggestion was to return the product.

I need a kitchen renovation & I have Jim Nguyen as my Kitchen Design consultant. He is very knowledgeable & helpful. He makes the process run smoothly so I can have a kitchen that I will enjoy.

I enjoyed the store, it has great customer service. I was helped until i found what i needed, not knowing in the beginning what exactly what i was looking for. But was helped by 2 customer service and it worked out great. The store was clean and safe, everyone keeping there distance from each other.Thank You

The salesman in the kitchen appliance store that sold me a new refrigerator was very helpful and thorough. I had already chosen the brand and model I wanted and there was a model of it right there on the floor so I could see for myself, the features I wanted. The salesman went through the delivery procedures with me and pointed out some things I hadn't thought of. I was impressed with the the time he took with me. However, the actual delivery of my refrigerator was not a pleasant one but that's another story.

So many staff members there really go above and beyond all the time. I just I have so many stories of how staff are super helpful: patient, problem-solving, understanding and they try to be creative with offering solutions as well as answering questions with lots of knowledge. Jim Kitchens in the door department is never limited to merely one department. This man KNOWS Home Depot and specifically his. He knows about inventory before even checking the app, at times. All the employees here are so awesome and friendly. I genuinely believe, more than most Home Depots, that this team of awesome workers enjoy going to work and providing quality service. Best Home Depot in the Bay!

This is my go to store for hardware needs. Great stock organization. Staff polite and helpful. COVID operation well operated.

Please make sure lumber is on the shelves. It is very difficult getting a competent employee to get lumber down from higher shelves.

The best customer service at a Home Depot I have ever received. This is not the closest store to my home yet it is well worth going a few miles more to get help and excellent customer service. Friendly & Helpful ... who does not like that! Keep it up Hillsdale Store #1009 in San Jose!

Helpful and friendly staff in the store. Flooring department staff gave good advice and suggestions for carpet selection and installation.

Alec in the door department was very helpful in recommending the best door seal to close a large gap at the bottom of one of our outside doors. This kind of customer service is what makes Home Depot a great place to shop.
