I like the parking lots, friendly employees including security guards at this, my 'nearby' neighborhood Home Depot'. I do a lot of painting and sheetrock repairs. I always find what I need, without hassle at this HD. Thanks, keep up the good work!

Everytime i go here i find all the employees really nice and kind and always willing to help you on whatever you need. Also everytime i go to this store i always find everything i need for my job.

GREAT STORE

Very good service

As somebody who does little home improvement projects and wants to complete a Pinterest hack, walking into Home Depot can be quite intimidating. I had a general idea of what I needed, but needed professional guidance to ensure I was making the most economical choice and the right choice. I came across Straker who needed 12 arms that day to help the many people pulling him in different directions. But he was extremely professional, patient, and knowledgeable when helping me with lumber. He truly went above & beyond.

Dian in customer service needs to go back to training and learn what customer service means

I simply love shopping there. I bring my two pets and am always greeted and made to feel welcome. I do all my shopping there whether it be in gardening, paint, or whatever it may be. ALWAYS, there is an employ who offers to help me find something.

Limited knowlege for most associates when you're able to find one. Very high turn over rate at this store. Do your research online, record your isle and try as much to help yourself. Most employees are more concern on who got 40 hours work and just going through the motions pass the day by.

The customer service varies at this location but mostly unsatisfactory. If you cannot install more self check out and reduce the hassle with your cashiers then you should educate them to appreciate each customer. Not pick and choose. Luckily there are options.
