Lady at the check out demanded to know how many items I ran and I replied I don’t know I wasn’t counting as I was doing HER job so she goes to the screen and sarcastically counts each item..as I tried to put in my military discount she swats my hand away and rudely says ‘I am doing something’ so I asked for a manager but shockingly nobody came so I left…

This Home Depot tend to have items in stock that other home depot Stores may not have on their shelves. Most Home Depots have an item listed as available...but upon arriving at the store, one is disappointed that the list was not up to date...and the store was out of the item in question. This store's availability tends to be on point!

I love coming to the Home Depot at 1951 South State Rd. 7 location in Hollywood. Today I had one of my best experiences at a home improvement store. Once we got there we were helped by two gentleman working in lumber by taking down a back stock of the type we needed and few more employees were able to join in helping us pick out the best pieces. Aneita was exceptionally helpful today by finding all the right tools we needed. She walked us to the car with her co-worker and helped us load up the car. Exceptional staff!

I bought a house appliance and was helped by my cashier Naekeva. She explained everything and was very patient.

I had a wonderful experience with Camille, the manager. She was accommodating, attentive, and went above and beyond to assist customers.

I visit this store often but avoid it if possible. Employees in the store are often unfriendly and many have no interest in helping you. Half of the checkout lanes are always closed and there are never enough employees in any department. If there are, you often have to beg them for help. I’ve been to many Home Depot’s around the country and this store is overall poorly run.

Store is near to me and always have what I need for my home and garden. Will continue to shop here for my home..

The best thing about Home Depot is its employee knowledge about the products they carry.

They watered their stuff down. I used it and it does not even kill the grass like it used to. I don't know what they did but I will not buy Ortho anymore.

I bought a Ridgid 6 gal air compressor that came with 3 pneumatic nailguns; very good price and I can't wait to begin using them.

The cashier Judith saved my day. I lost power this morning due to a blown transformer. I sent my brother in law to buy me a cable for the generator yesterday and he brought the wrong one. They quickly refunded the cable back to my home depot card. However upon trying to pay the funds were not available. I left my house without my wallet and barely dressed. I had mentioned to Judith that I was in a rush because my wife was pregnant. She called the card and nothing could be done. She then went ahead and paid for the cable herself. I had about $23 in my pocket and she refused to accept it. She said she was paying it forward. Her act of generosity saved my day and put me in good spirits. I walked in stressed and pressed for time. She had me walking out of there like I won the lottery. People like Judith should be recognized. I never fill out the survey on the receipts but I did for her. The winner of the sweepstakes gets a 5k gift card to home depot. If I win, I would love them to give it to her!!!!
