I shop at Home Depot two & three times per week and always satisfied with my product.

DOES this happen at Home Depot. SENIOR MANAGEMENT SPEND THE $ AND HAVE AN OPERATOR AT EACH STORE TO MAKE SURE SOMEONE IN ANY DEPT ANSWERS THE CALL OR FOR THAT MATTER EVEN ANSWERS THE PHONE OAKWOOD THE WORST EVER AND THE BUSIEST STORE THE EMPLOYEE WHO WAS AT PRODESK WAS IN WEST PARK

All staff are wonderful, helpful, and knowledgeable. In and out will what I needed in a record time.

At other locations, I’m always wandering around begging for assistance since I’m short and not knowledgeable about the items. But at West Park, there is always someone to help and ask questions so I can find exactly what I need. Last time I went, Manny from garden was so kind and helped me find my new favorite cleaning solution for my couch and my bathroom. Thanks Manny!!

Lack of customer service in the store and the young people in tool rental more interested in talking about hanging out than giving customer service and sdvise that there register was not working..unlikely.. only save was the cashier who scanned my items and thanked me for shopping..Home Depot customer service should be better..

I bought almost everything to build my house at Home Depot.

I bought online and found service to be awesome

I had a unique situation in which the cashier I had gone to wasn’t sure what to do. She asked a coworker for a guidance and a coworker immediately came over, provided a guidance and successfully completed my order.

All of the staff l interacted with were helpful. from the worker in a department to the outside loaders, from the Will Call cashier to the checkout cashiers. I am a woman and would have liked the associate who told me where the water heaters were to suggest what l could do if l needed help loading it to my cart for purchase and to my vehicle afterwards.

I went in to get some paint samples, and met Andrew. This young man was pleasant, friendly, helpful, engaging and patient. I wasn't in a hurry, so when customers came over I encouraged him to assist them while I made my final selections; he was equally as pleasant, friendly and helpful with each person wo stopped to ask a question, even if it was unrelated to paint. He knows the store, and directed several customers to what they were looking for, by aisle number. Another customer, tuned me to answer said "I love his personality" I agree. I couldn't have asked for a better experience & I'll absolutely be returning to this store to make my purchase and he'll be the reason that I do.

The customer service team was so helpful and efficient. They handled me with ease I was surprised that it was that quick to return. I was serviced by Sabrina and she was so sweet and reassured me that the money would be back within 3 business days. Awesome work!

I used the Crubside app, and the young lady was great. I had my order within 5 min.

I had an online order pickup. Janis was great assisting me.

Many go to Home Depot to do it yourself( DYI ) projects and it’s fun and exciting to do it but can feel frustrating when we need guidance once at the store and the employee in that department is not totally knowledgeable. I asked some plumbing questions and the worker in that department said that they are not plumbers. It was almost like he was saying you need to get yourself a plumber. Also it would be great if there were call boxes so customers could just push a button and someone from that department will come within a 5 to 10 minutes. If there is no one available, the box would advise to push another button for a supervisor who would arrange assistance. Many aisles did not have assistants and we are left to search for answers from assistants in other departments.
