VERY CLEAN FRIENDLY STAFF

The store was clean and products were easy to find.

Horrible customer service and they treat workers unfairly and horribly.

Store is always very clean. The people who work there are amazing and very knowledgeable about everything in the store.

Staff is super friendly and very helpful. Just wish they didn't have all the grills pre assembled. Of course after getting my purchase home there are issues because someone rushed assembly

A few days ago I decided I could not wait longer to hear back from a lawn cutting service and purchased a lawn mower from HD. Amazingly, when I asked a young woman at the service desk/cashier if there was next day delivery available she said YES. The details were quickly and accurately handled, charged to new Home Depot Credit account and the mower delivered the next morning at about 7:00 A.M.! Amazingly good service from a helpful, competent and knowledgeable cashier. The HD team deserves credit for this feat.

The cashier Bridget J was extremely helpful and courtesy. For the most part, the employees are somewhat friendly.

The employees went over and beyond helping me Loading materials and Answering questions in a timely fashion. I recommend this store to anyone

The cashier didn’t give me a bag for my seed packets and I forgot about them so they blew across the parking lot somewhere. I had a bunch of stuff on the cart so... When I called I spent 30 minutes getting the run around. I can buy lots of seeds for 30 minutes of my time.

My wife and I have been to this particular Home Depot on many occasions, and always find your staff to be knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous. I love your store.

This store was very neat and clean. The employee that helped me with the bathroom shower and accessories was very helpful. The cashier, Jeanette, was very helpful in my purchase experience.

I would again like to commend the manager John for all his help on,10/27/2020 for solving my problem along with the girl in customer service, I did not get her name but she also made various calls working on solving this problem which I tried to resolve for over the past three weeks that other managers could not take the time to call me back. Great staff, very friendly and helpful. I went to another home improvement store and they were not as helpful or knowledgeable with my questions.

Great employees. Our transaction took quite a bit of time to process but Sue was patient and saw the process through until the end. When we encountered a problem with the items purchased, Appliance Manager Jamie found a solution to solve the problem so all were happy. We are long time customers of Home Depot and look forward to more shopping, especially at the Homer Glen location.

Employees in this store were not wearing masks nor were they social distancing. They were coming right up to customers who were wearing masks and trying to social distance. Apparently this Home Depot doesnt know what is going on in the world with Covid 19 nor did they seem to care.

Employees were friendly, Shelves were full, I found everything I was looking for, Keep up the good work

Bryan, an older gentleman in the building department, is just a fantastic, very passionate, and very knowledgeable guy with a wealth of experience to share.

Employees are very helpful and willing to send extra time to help customers to find what they are looking for.

the associates in the door dept were friendly and knowledgeable
