Poor delivery
I esculated our situation to a supervisor. The driver and helper did not tell me their names or introduce themself nor was wearing name badges. The 2 man crew was quick to unload and address where I wanted my appliances. I explained that the fridge was a free installation. I just paid for the part, however I did not pay for the dishwasher to be installed. The driver told me that the paperwork said delivery only - no set up. The 2 man crew did not even unbox my items for damage assessment. They asked me to sign and they left. My 2 appliances was left in my living room unboxed and unwrapped. When I spoke with a Home Depot agent via text he told me I did not pay for delivery. I reexplained that it was free delivery on fridge -- I just paid for part. And dishwasher we did not want installed but it would of been nice to unwrap it so I could inspect for damages. I refused the 17.28 refund and asked to escalate the situation to a supervisor via Home Depot Chat, once the supervisor got on chat she was very disappointed in the way we was treated and she gave us a $400 refund. She also offered her email in case there was any damages once we unpack appliances. I bought a washer 2 weeks ago and was treated top notch. Today the fridge and dishwasher delivery was poor communication, unprofessional and the delivery driver told dispatch I refused installation. Lies! And our fridge is damaged!

When I was in Electrical Department Mr. Jimmy approached me to see if I needed help. Gave him the pictures what i needed and he pulled all the parts and save me about a hour of my time.

Good People
The staff at this Home Depot is always friendly and helpful. Okay I am always trying to find a strange item and every time I think they don't have it I breakdown and ask for help and there it is. And, this is important, when I do ask for help I don't feel like I'm interrupting or "bothering" the employee.
