Stafford Lipsomb- floor specialist is absolutely amazing. He was the nicest guy and literally knew where everything was off the top of his head... I couldn't stump the guy even with a really long list. I am kind of helpless knowing what I need but not the name of it, he was so patient and listened while i described things and then led me straight to them. He zig-zagged that entire store to satisfied my whole list, I cant thank this man enough. Seek him out and you will go home with what you intended to buy with out any trouble...nicest nicest man.

Outstanding service from Art Teimann in the plumbing department. He is knowledgeable and patient, and helped me to find a solution that was less expensive than the one I was planning on a Moen faucet. Thank you, Art!!

Employee Scott was a great help in finding the items I needed to complete my project . Scott even walked me to the isle were items were located.

Everyone is always so helpful at this store, and always enjoy shopping there. Was not able to find a refill for my Bayer Weed Killer, so will have to keep looking for that item. Meanwhile, bought another brand and will see how it works for me. Sad that I couldn't save quite a lot of money by buying the 2 cu foot bags of garden soil because I can't carry them from my car, but maybe I'll be able to find someone at my home to help next time. Always a good experience at this Home Depot.

Store is Really clean all over the place, everything is well organized and tidy, customer service is outstanding and efficient, and provided with a smile all the time, Maria was outstanding and fast at check out, definitely a store to shop every day!

This store is nice because it seems to be smaller than the others, but they always have what you need in stock. It also has a parking lot which is easy to navigate. The employees seem friendlier here as well.

Did not use the electronic devices, because I already had a list for building a deck.

Was delighted to find a toilet plunger that sits in its own storage unit and is aesthetically pleasing. It sits in the corner of my bathroom where it is almost unnoticeable, yet looks very clean and nice instead of just an old visible toilet plunger sitting in the corner! It is very easy to use and cleaned my blocked up toilet in two plunges.

The DIY Do It Herself workshop is fun and engaging. I really appreciate the friendliness and general good attitude of the employees at this store. The merchandise is well organized and prices are clearly marked.

Overall I enjoy coming to that store. Most the time I always get help and in left alone when I don't need help. The cashier that helped me told me that the water that was being used outside with a sprinkler on the side of the building was non-potable water. If it is it needs to be marked as such as per TCEQ mandate and law. If not that's wasting water. And we are in a water conservation. The wasting of water is the only thing I really worry about, because someone could be standing there watering each pot one by one and not wasting water

Friendly, homey neighborly feel, clean, great people, wonderful selection (wish you had a rental area tho) and conveniently located.

Got plenty of offers to help. While looking at thermostats I was accosted ☺ by salesperson for HVAC inspection/repair/replacement, etc.. After she left, another associate visited with me about the thermostats and why I thought I needed one. I actually left without buying one because I felt like I needed to have my regular HVAC guy look things over first. I will probably buy a new thermostat eventually, but need to check some things first.

I always find this store to be clean and well organized. Art Tieman, in Plumbing is a dominant reason for me to visit this store. His wealth of knowledge enables me to tackle DIY projects that may otherwise be beyond my expertise. I actually like the organization of the Plumbing departments at two nearby Lowe's stores. But, they don't have ART!

We have been helping our daughter remodel her home near this Home Depot. Every time we go there the associates have been very, very friendly and helpful. They are knowledgeable about their product lines and can immediately point you in the correct direction to help you find what you are looking for. I have seen associates stop people and OFFER to help them! They don't run away from the customer at this Home Depot! The cashiers are friendly too. I had to make a return today (with my receipt in hand) and I was immediately taken care of with no problem. They all seem to want to be there and to help the customer. I pointed out a problem with an item we purchased (one of the parts listed on the box was not included in any of the boxes) and was very impressed that the associate (Sandra) actually took the time to understand what was missing and stated she was going to let upper management know so it could be corrected. We had gone to Lowe's (just across the street) and found the same problem with the same item/packaging. When we brought it to their associate's attention we were told, "There's nothing we can do about it. That's the way the product comes to us." He told us that THREE separate times and never once offered to let anyone know about it, even when we suggested he could let management know. So, we were very impressed that Sandra took the time to understand what we were saying AND that she was going to do something about it. Outstanding! Also, Rick and his boss Ramon (I believe) were excellent in the Electrical Department. We were trying to find two ceiling fans. They had one on the shelf but the box was banged up. They located others for us but it took so long to find them that they gave us a discount for all the trouble. These people all know what it is to have happy customers! I will shop here as often as possible!

Clean, bright store. Super friendly service. I need to replace tub drain, was in in out with everything I needed in 20 minutes on a very busy Saturday! I really appreciate that this store always has enough staff to assist customers and provide quick check out.

This is a busy store but the employees still manage to keep it relatively straight and well stocked. The employees I dealt with were friendly, decisive in handling my issues, and they knew what they were doing.

I found everything I was looking for, the attention and support from one of the employees was awesome and cashier attitude was great.
