My husband and I were assisted by Greg Maahs for our new appliances. He was friendly and knowledgeable about the products we were looking at. He completed our order efficiently. He answered all our questions and explained delivery options and processes. If you are looking for new appliances seek Greg out! You wont be disappointed!

Every time I go to the Home Depot in Howell, it is well stock, people are friendly and helpful. Always have a good experience there!

Christine ( CAT0229 ) in Appliances is a Fantastic sales person. She went above and beyond in helping us with our appliances purchases.

Excellent customer service in the appliance section. Good quality and variety of products to choose from. Christine was knowledgeable about the products and asked the right questions so we got the appliance that fit our needs.

We purchased a new refrigerator and were helped by Deanna Golinske. She was fantastic and this was one of the best experiences we've had at any home improvement store. If you're in the market for a new appliance, I highly recommend visiting this store and ask for Deanna!

The employees are always helpful and know where everything is located.

The Howell Store is still my go-to store. The employees are always helpful and friendly. I don’t have time to wander around shopping. I know where everything is and am usually in and out in record time. They all know who is heading to a job site and help them get their stuff and be on the way. The PRO desk and the Customer Service Desk both bend over backwards to get you taken care of. Many thanks to all of them! The order on line and pick up in store is becoming one of my favorites. I order items from the job site and it’s ready for pick up when I get there. A big time saver for sure.

The store was clean and isles well labeled to find items in a hurry. Sales Associates were very friendly. Checkout was quick. No waiting.

Usually a good experience, tonight’s was excellent. Greg M took the time to help us and make sure we got the products that were right for us! Super professional and a super cool dude as well!

While the store was very clean and signage about face coverings were ample, there were no employees in the dept I was in during my time there. I was able to find what I needed without assistance, but had I needed some, I felt it would have been hard pressed to find someone near by. Also, I wasn't ever acknowledged with a simple "hi" or anything by any employee, including the one at the self check out lane I went thru. The Brighton store seems much more friendly and better staffed most times, and while I understand these are exceptional times for us all, this lack of basic customer service seems to be a trend at the Howell store.

Products were easy to find and had a wide selection so I could find just what I was looking for. Associates were very nice, caring and helpful

I had a bad experience with a Simpson power Washer that I purchased at this store, but It wasn't their fault it was the fault of the Simpson Co. The manager of the Howell store corrected the problem and again I'm a very satisfied customer.

Earlier I wrote a negative review on a Simpson Power Washer that I had purchased at this store. I would like to say that the manager straightened out everything even though the Simpson Co. are slackers.

They sell you a power tool then don’t stock sandpaper to fit it.

Christine in appliances was very knowledgeable, very pleasant and very helpful. She should get a raise. You have a great employee.

The store has very helpful employees willing to give a hand and provide assistance to anything I'm looking for or don;t know what to purchase.

We were in for new countertops. We worked with two different associates in the department and they were both very knowledgeable and helpful. Good selection and price was competitive. Placing order was pretty quick and easy. Highly recommended for countertops.

I was able to get assistance right away - Employee asked if I needed help and was very efficient and helpful. The store was very clean. Nice experience.

The Home Depot employees all make you feel that they are happy you shop there. They offer help even before you ask and often will walk you to the item you’re looking for instead of just pointing out the direction. That is very much appreciated. The other thing I appreciate is they obviously know the area in which they work. We’ve had several occasions where the employee offered helpful suggestions, even drawing diagrams and suggesting products that might help. The store is clean, organized, and safety precautions (blocking off isles when Hi-lows are operating) are regularly used to prevent accidents. We are definitely Home Depot people from now on! Thank you.

Great Customer Service!

Employees are helpful and polite bu at times the isles are closed for stocking longer than they should be not allowing me to purchase what I need before I leave the Store.

The cashier Kim was rude and did not engage with the customers. Her body language indicated she did not want to be there, shook her head as if she was annoyed during the payment process. A sign outside the building is stating individuals are required a face covering in public, she did not have one on or did she exercise social distancing as her apron indicated. Times are challenging and a simple smile or kind word will make someone’s day.

People in Howell store always so nice and helpful. I talked ti a gal in the kitchen cabinet department about a special size cabinet I was looking for and she showed me how to do it. I found the ceramic tile I was looking for and needed and the cashier Laura was wonderful at the checkout. Shes the one that told me about the store's survey.

I had exceptional service! Scott waited on me in the flooring department. I walked out being confident in my flooring purchase. The service was exceptional and would definitely recommend this store in Howell, of course ask for Scott! He was informative and very knowledgeable.

Great store and staff, but they need to mask up and glove up.
