They had a special display for cordless drill when I asked the associate for one the then he said we don’t have the especial any more but they still have the display

I appreciate the gesture of having reserved parking for disabled Veterans however, every visit I see the same two employee vehicles occupying those designated spots.

I was disappointed to see the small, least expensive (most affordable) trees already pre-wrapped. I think the guy thought it was efficient. But people that don’t have a lot of money to spend are robbed of the experience of picking out the tree they want. I think all trees, regardless of the price should remain visible for the customer to pick what suits them/their family best. I had the guy unwrap a few trees and none of them were very appealing. I ended up getting a more expensive tree. After the purchase, I wished I had just gone to another HD.

This store rarely has basic things in stock like drill bits, wrenches, stud finders, tape measures, etc. What is in stock is locked behind a cage and it can be very difficult to track down an employee to unlock for you. Annoying when you're just trying to buy a cheap bit holder. The stock amount on the home depot app is almost always inaccurate to what's actually in store. Employees are quick to tell you they're out of stock without checking inventory. I usually end up going to a competitor or a further away location, which is frustrating because this location is super close to my work.

I bought appliances on thanksgiving and they had great specials.

I’m glad that I listened to my wife to go to Home Depot because we got a great deal with the washer machine and the dryer machine.

I've complained about this several times but Home Depot will do nothing about this. I've gotten countless review requests for items I never purchased in a store I've ever been to and although I asked them to correct this, they have refused to do so

I came to this store because it was on my way home. I had a question in regards to the Now Hiring sign I saw outside the store. The employee I ask was very helpful and answered my questions. My son has applied at this store but hasn’t been called. He has applied about 4 times.

When I approached next in line someone pointed me to a register. A cashier named Darnell walked up to me and started to talk and help me which was a big appreciation! While transacting my items, a customer on a different register needed assistance he helped her out and finished my transaction all within 2 minutes. Darnell was the hardest working cashier amongst the rest I noticed. THANKS D YOUR THE BEST ! YOU ALWAYS HAVE A SMILE ON YOUR FACE. KEEP UP THAT VIBE!!

Came to get a (not so) simple extension cord. Needed help with all the options available. Employee Alejandro in electrical asked me a few question and recommended the proper item.

Don’t have a key made here. Keys made do not fit. And don’t have doors installed. If something goes horribly wrong, like replacing the wrong doorway, they won’t fix the problem after paying over $200 and if you need help, good luck!

Our school is very happy to have received a grant from The Home Depot. Their crew came on a Saturday and created a Wellness Garden. They were courteous and worked swiftly. Their work was amazing! They decorated our fence, attached planters, and built garden chairs and raised flower beds. Our students love visiting their school garden, which is filled with plants. They can now garden as well. Thank you Home Depot for beautifying our school!

Waiting forever no one help. Called 3time.

The hi to from park store needs workers getting carts readily available for customers to use and not have them either locked away or being used by the workers themselves. This store never fails is lack of carts for lumber or bulky items. I have gone to several other stores just for the same reason. Work ethics at the hu to from park store is lacking. Got to wait about 45 minutes just to get help on am either a tool or whatever item that is locked up or simply put away. This store never fails with the lack of customer support on the floor and to be able to find carts for customers to use.

Store is supper Messi worse than the landfill parking lot looks a lot of trash inside. The storage area has more product than on the shelf flaring with other associates at self check out. The cashier garden is the only one that was friendly. I don’t understand why the manager store manager and district manager is still employed when the story looks like a landfill inside and out area. Parking lot has a lot of sand and gravel never been washed or swept already got two nails in my car should be swept. Daily

I really like going to this Home Depot in Slauson and state because they’re always helping me with everything that I need

Always has everything I'm looking for and the lines are super fast.

Everyone at this store is just too tired to care for anything. Either they don’t care to help or they are busy catching up on the chisme. One of them told me this is not my department I don’t know and walk away.

From management to the employees, worst Home Depot experience ever.

This lady that goes by heaven helped me with everything I needed and made me feel very welcomed.
