The worst customer service EVER at Home Depot. Bought a brand new dryer, get home, hook up and no heat AT ALL. Spins like crazy but no heat. Call Home Depot and talk to the girl I purchased it from. She’s concerned and nice and takes my number and says “Let me talk to my boss and I’ll call you back”. Calls me back a short time later and says” I don’t have that exact one but I have one similar”. I said yes ma’am you and I looked at that one too and it was actually $1 cheaper than the one I bought”. She says “oh yeah I remember that. Give me a sec to talk to the manager.” Manager approves her to give me the floor model if I bring the other back. Have husband unhook, reload and go back to the store. Go back to appliances. My salesperson is nowhere around so I wait for another one to finish with a customer. Salesperson looks at me so I say “I bought a dryer this morning that doesn’t work”. Monica (salesperson) says “I’m aware of that situation let me finish with this customer and I’ll help you”. I continue to wait until she is done and then she asks for my receipt. I give it to her. She walks over to the floor model and says “this isn’t the same dryer”. I told her exactly what the other person and manager told me to do. She said the other girl had gone to lunch and may still be in the store so she’s going to go look for her to confirm what I said. So again I wait until Monica makes it back to have her tell me “we will have to wait until she gets back from lunch because she’s not going to swap it out and she didn’t see her or the manager back there.” I told her she could give me my money back why would I stand there and tell her the whole scenario if it weren’t true. Meanwhile manager walks past appliances and she yells out his name and he walks over. She asks him if he’s aware of the situation and he says “uh yea I told her she could bring it back for a refund.” No dude that’s not what you said. I heard you talking in the background when I was on the phone with the other salesperson! I said you know what just give me back my money and get your broke dryer out of my truck. My mom worked at Home Depot for 27 years and I know how customers should be treated and this is NOT it. Do you honestly think people sit around and make up stories about swapping out an appliance I just bought hours ago? I am so angry! What a bunch of jerks. Oh by the way, the only reason they had a dryer in stock was because Miss Customer Service Monica ordered 2 for a previous customer instead of 1. I think Monica needs more training and Manager Rickey needs some medicine for his obvious short term memory loss. As I was walking away Rickey says “so do you want that other dryer.” Um No! You just basically called me a liar, lost a sale and now you want to back pedal? Lord why must people be so ignorant? Not to mention I now have to wait 2-5 days for my money to be refunded to my account! I wouldn’t even give you one star but it wouldn’t let me submit my review without it!

I visited the Huntsville Home Depot today and the employees were outstanding. There was a customer who started shopping, then needed a motorized cart. An employee and a manager came to be sure the customer was okay and brought a cart. They made sure she could operate it and that the battery was charged well. They were patient and kind. That type of customer service will bring me back.

I found the perfect Christmas Tree this past weekend. Yes, I know it is early in the season, but when the displays are as pretty as they are at this store, you just have to shop early! This store is clean and bright. The staff is wonderful and very helpful.

I have shopped at MANY Home Depot stores in at least 7 different states, and this store stands out as having the most competent and helpful employees anywhere. They are "willing" and "able" to help. Can't find an item, just ask, even finding someone to ask is easy.

This store constantly amazes me. It has a good feeling about it every time I walk through the door. It is clean.The employees are always very helpful and are surprisingly knowledgeable about the products. And every time I have an issue or have to return an item, the folks in Customer Service make it a good experience.

This store is consistently clean, well stocked, and full of helpful and knowledgeable employees. Although there are no other large name hardware stores in this small town, I have no doubt that it would still be my default "go to" store for hardware and tool needs.

Outstanding store staff do their best to make sure you find what you need and have a great shopping experience. Best home improvement store in the area by far.

Amy in customer service was very rude, unprofessional and had very bad attitude. Rhonda in plumbing is a top notch employee she was very helpful and great attitude. Jason and Trey always take care of any situation. Thanks guys and gals!

The Huntsville Home Depot is always an incredible place to browse and shop. I am always surprised with the number of store associates with the knowledge to provide advice and recommendations.

This Store has a lot of great sales associates working hard on the floor and behind the counter and they do it all with a smile going above and beyond that call of duty. During this C19 Outbreak, Yes, we come in for a brief moment and get what we need, They have to deal with the challenge all day long and thru out the week. I wish them and their families all the best.

Utilized curbside pickup for order placed online. Super easy with very good instructions provided. All items correct and didn't even have to leave my vehicle.

I had no assistance from this store, I came in to purchase a dishwasher, ask for help many times, for employees on the floor, to customer service for assistance from the manager, absolutely no help! I left without ordering or purchasing the item I came in for. Hoping someone cares how this store is running!

A store cannot possibly carry everything that a person needs because an item may be too specific. However, whenever I can't find what I'm looking for, the employees in that department are always happy to look online to find it for me.

In past months, my online "for pickup " orders at this HD were unsatisfactory due to items NOT being ready for immediate customer pickup and expedient departure. Multiple employees stood idle in the extra-busy store. But this time, despite employees' busy-ness, employees helped me in several ways. This was most pleasing: store personnel HAD pulled heavy items (48# bags of sand) and a water hose from inventory prior to my arrival on-site. My ordered items were labeled with my name, ready to be transferred to me for the pickup-- in fewer than 10 minutes! Job well-done!

Jason from the Pro Desk is always willing to do whatever it takes to help me. Lisa from the Pro Desk team does whatever it takes to help me get out of the store so I can get back to work no matter how bad she has to Pee! William- Prodesk... Tries to make sure I have all items pertaining to my project every time I visit. I was go to him whenever I need to figure materials because he is super good at math! Known Jenny on the MET team for like...since the store opened, and she is alway in a great Mood. I Consistently ask her where stuff is because I know she knows where it is. Sleven and Jose help me all the time to load the truck no matter how many bags of concrete I have on the cart.! James at Millworks... i’ve never seen anybody pour their heart out into a clients needs like him. Extremely knowledgeable about his department. I love to check out with Maria at the consumer front. Always in a great mood!

Very neat and clean mostly well stocked

Poor customer service. No attempt to resolve installation problem. When I advised the store manager that the installers didn't even haul the old appliance off, she seemed to not understand why I wanted that refunded to my account I won't even buy bark mulch from this store.

We have always enjoyed shopping at our hometown Home Depot in Huntsville, TX. The staff has always been friendly and knowledgeable.

Every time I walk in I’m greeted with a friendly gesture and asked if I need any help or need to know where something is and if I have a question there’s always an employee around the corner to answer it for and help me figure out how I can fix the problem very knowledgeable great service
