Good place to shop...

As a long time customer at {The Home Depot #1039} I know were to go to get just about any product I need without assistance but they are there if needed. Yes the store is clean for the most time.

Most of the people I encountered today was friendly and helpful. Got some good Halloween bargains.

The store was clean. All employees were really friendly. I felt like home.

This stores customer service deserves 6 stars. They're very friendly, always smiling, always assisting, never wanting to leave you not statisfied. I love this store because it has the best customer services! Val & Carla are amazing.

Osmond was the most helpful employee I have ever dealt with at any store. He took time to explain things to me and made me feel comfortable - he is the only reason I will continue to shop at Home Depot. Really cool experience.

In today's world there are so many shows that say "You can do it yourself ", there's only one problem with that, what about if a person doesn't know what to do? or Where to start, at my local Home Depot is always someone there that can show you what to do. At my local store at Home Depot in Hyde Park you're greeted with a smile, and they have special people: for an example: they have a cashier Curmetrea her line, always goes fast, and is greeted with a smile. Thanks Home Depot!!!!

I was able to find the products I was looking for and get assistance with electing paint. The store was very clean and organized. All of the associates i came in contact with were very friendly.

The Home Depot is a one stop shop store where you can buy all you need for construction, house remodeling with a good refinancing option.

I have been so pleased shopping in the Hyde Park Home Depot--#1039. The staff are friendly and if they don't know the answer to my question, they go and find someone who can answer my question. Once I found the person in plumbing who knows plumbing, he was exceptional in his knowledge and was patient in explaining tankless water heaters to me. I have been amazed at how efficient the staff at check out and at returns are. More importantly they are pleasant and they listen and respect me as I check out or make returns. I don't know how they all stay pleasant--there are so many things going on and they stay calm and pleasant. Excellent service.

I am venturing into a new area of nature this year and I was in need of some soil. I went to the plant section and had multiple options to choose from. The large soil and potting mix was out front and easy to get to. This made my time well spent because I was with my niece and nephew who is teaching me the value of patience. Great Experience. Customer service was also awesome (illustrated example- pleasant personality, smiles, youthful and diverse).

This store is a hit and miss. My family and I visit the store today to work on a project. We needed to visit several departments in order to obtain all the supplies needed. We visit the wood department and Lamont was extremely helpful he went above and beyond his duties. He worked really hard to make sure our wood was cut to the correct size and assisted us with obtaining the proper Kind of wood for Our project. Quincy and Alan was also very helpful. Quincy was very patient and extremely helpful. They were about the most descent sales associates there. Every one has a very non-chalant attitude and we're not helpful.

Always have what I need. Friendly and helpful cashiers. Always come back to this location

To be a store that's inner city, from what I saw, this store is fully stocked and for the most part, the employees are pretty kool.

Nothing less than great

I went to buy a shed for my husband yesterday. I knew nothing about sheds and sizes. I was interested in buying a shed for my husband to have as a man cave. The sale person at the HYDE PARK location was hopefully and very patient with helping towards my decision making. Thank you home depot I cant wait till the shed is delivered

The salesperson in appliances does not know what he's doing, be sure to ask for a Senior Sales Associate before making your final purchase

Parking can be somewhat challenging when there are car shows going on. Once inside, the products needed were easy to find.

I go in to buy a few items. They're all out of Terro Liquid Ant Baits. I go to the caulking section. A chubby guy and a girl are restocking the shelves. They're standing in front of the caulking I am attempting to buy. One of them has music playing from their phone and the song is laced with profanities. They see me standing there waiting but don't move and don't ask if I need assistance and so I have to reach around the rolling ladder and the girl's legs to grab a tube of caulking. They ignored me as I did this. So very rude. I also need roofing tiles. I ask where they are and am told to check lawn & garden. I go there and am looking around. There's a guy on a forklift and another guy helping him. They're joking around and don't ask me if I need help. I couldn't find the roofing tiles, either. I'll buy them somewhere else as it seems they don't have them at Home Depot.
