Poor customer service for Senior Citizens. Every time I go shopping at this store, I have to stand in the way of a store employee to get help when they realize I will not let them move until they ask me if they can help. I know I look like a senior citizen who can not do any work on major projects, yet I still need help finding the items that I want to purchase. My hair is grey and my body is bent from hard work building with materials purchased from home Depot. Yet I can still work a few more years.

Karen in returns was very pleasant and helpful to not only me but to the others in front of me that were returning items.

The staff there was so helpful . Helped us get what we needed and to save us money . Couldn't be happier.

Stacy was really a representative of your store and did it so great. I would like to have her help me every time I was in your store.

The workers were fantastic and very helpful, courteous and did not talk down you me as if I knew nothing. I had more then three people ask me if they could help me and if was fabulous. Stacy had a wonderful smile and made me excited that I went to home depot!!!!!!!!!!

The store is always neat and clean and well supplied. The clerks are cheerful and helpful. Jd was extremely helpful in finding all that I needed.

Chandra took my order over the telephone and pulled a microwave oven from stock and took it to the customer service area for us to pick up...Thank her for me since I only talked to her on the phone.

everyone at the home depot is always very happy and helpful with my needs especially the pro desk. when I go to check out or have a question they are always willing to do anything needed

This store is located in a convenient area, has nice employees, carries most of the items I need and offers a quick and easy check-out. It would be better if the check-outs were nearer the center of the store to facilitate access to the parked vehicles for more customers. For example: I almost always shop in the electrical department and enter the store near there, but the check-out is at the other end of the store so I need to take my purchases the full length of the store to get back to my vehicle.

This store is always clean, and the employees are always friendly and helpful when needed. Easy to locate what I'm looking for.

Good place to shop for remodeling home or camper, crafts, up-date appliances and garden supplies. We shop there all the time.

We (wife and I) always enjoy shopping at the Idaho Falls Home Depot. The folks there are very knowledgeable about the products and helpful when we need to make a choice or find something.

After checking around at other stores, I was afraid I would have to opt out of some of my favorite features on appliances in order to meet our budget, but thanks to the Red White and Blue Sale, I was able to get the features I wanted. The Salespeople were knowledgeable, friendly, and available, and the shopping and purchase experiences were quick and painless. I'm very pleased.

Have always been given the advice I need to complete my projects in the best way possible, with the best products. The products always perform the way I've been told they will.

This store was very clean and "Patrick" in Plumbing was very helpful and knowledgeable about the product that I intended to purchase. Excellent customer service!

I visited to return an item and purchase painting supplies. The Pro desk was swamped so two associates were very good to help me and answer my questions getting me in and out of the store quickly. I highly recommend asking the staff for help. They will go above and beyond to help you if you ask.

Every time I'm at the store, there are always employees asking if I needed help even if I am just walking by.

Went in needing smoke detectors and fire extinguishers. Associate pointed out a special 2-pack of fire alarms for $89 saving me $90 on six of them if I would have purchased them separately. Then I needed 3 - 5 lb fire extinguishers and there were only 2 on the shelf. The associate then used his handheld inventory checking tool and found that there was another full box in stock and pulled them from the shelf above to get me the 3rd one I needed. Very helpful and friendly.

This Home Depot is clean, well-organized, and has super friendly employees. I am always able to find what I go in for, if not by myself, then with help from them. I've never been disappointed with any purchases - everything seems to be of good quality and fairly priced.

I went to Home Depot expecting to be there for awhile. Usually I can't find people to help me but I was greeted by Charlotte she was friendly and helped me. There is an app for the phone she showed me so it helps you find stuff. My trip was much shorter and less frustrating thanks to her help. She made me feel like I was appreciated as a customer and as a vetetan

The paint desk people are awesome, and very helpful. You can ask anyone in the store where something is and they will walk you to it.

I shop at the home depot because I chose to not because I have to. There is a lowe's right across the street and I never go there. Home Depot is just what I need.

The few I've in three been closed no working to open them . Very frustrating I ended up going to Lowes.

I was very pleased with the help in the lumber section of the store. I got help immediately for a question I had.
